About this property

Cozy Cottage - quaint and comfy - 5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Mason Ave.

The Cozy Cottage is in the historical district of Cape Charles. The backyard has a nice little patio and a very private outdoor shower. The front porch has a nice swing where you can sit back and relax.

The first floor has a newly remodeled kitchen with bar seating and is open to the main room with a kitchen table, chairs, and a loveseat. There is a half bath on the first floor. There is also a living room on the first floor with a TV, soundbar, and wrap around couch.

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs (The stairs are pretty steep). The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a make up table, and a roku tv. The big kid's room has a twin xl bunk bed, a twin xl size bed, and a roku tv. The third bedroom room has a bunk bed, full mattress on bottom, twin on top.

The full bath is at the end of the hall with a tub/shower combo that has been updgraded for 2025.

Perfect place for a family of 4! Beautiful renovations, still with charm and character, updated kitchen, well appointed with all the basics you need which was a nice plus. Lots of modern touches including noise machines and USB chargers in the bedrooms. Being able to rent the golf cart was a huge bonus, plus easy access to the beach and restaurants.

We have stayed at the Cozy Cottage every year for the last 4 years at least. We love it. The kitchen has everything you need, if you choose to cook. The house is comfortable, is located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. You can walk to the beach if you like. We just love it, it 's our home away from home. It's one place where we can actually relax! We look forward to our trip every year.

The Cozy Cottage is our favorite place to stay in Cape Charles. It's very nicely remodeled, has comfortable beds, linens/towels, and well stocked with so many other amenities to make for a perfect vacation at the beach. Perfect location close to quaint shops, bakeries, restaurants, the beach, and fishing pier. We always love sitting on this front porch swing enjoying this charming town. 5 star house with 5 star hosts! Thank you.

We loved this property - it was so charming and cozy and had everything we needed. Such a great additional perk to be able to rent the golf cart! I loved sitting on the porch swing with my morning coffee.

Phenomenal property. Historic charm, beautiful updates. Well appointed. Our family had a fantastic Labor Day weekend. Would have been good to know a golf cart was available for 75/stay. Not knowing, we rented one for hundreds.

Cozy Cottage was the perfect house for our getaway weekend. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is very close to the beach. The golf cart was a great bonus. We used it to go everywhere! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Listing was accurate. Easy to communicate with host and quick response. Renting the golf cart was a plus, I highly recommend it. The beach chairs were in excellent condition, plus had two beach umbrellas. We would definitely rent the property again

Lovely property with lots of room in a great location and very communicative hosts. It is great that they provide drinking water for your stay, as well as lots of extras. The outdoor shower is wonderful, the golf cart you can rent is a great addition and the beach chairs are in great shape. Note that the beds are unmade when you arrive, with fresh sheets for you to put on. We didn’t account for this with our timing. They also do not provide bath products, so bring your own. Overall, an incredible place to stay and really great hosts. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Beautiful house that’s great for kids. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the air fryer is a plus with a toddler. The shaded back yard is great, and the outdoor shower is nice for quick cleanup after the beach. The onsite golf cart rental was very convenient and affordable. Highly recommended.
