Unit was clean, but a little outdated. Unable to get water in one of the sinks in the master bathroom. Blinds were broken leading to the balcony from master bedroom. I had a few questions and Stacy was very helpful. Convenient location to attractions and grocery stores. Pool and hot tub clean. We enjoyed our stay in the Great Smoky Mountains.

It was a great experience. The only thing was it said there were coffee pods for the coffee machine but we couldn’t find any. There was plenty of toilet paper and trash bags for the 4 of us. It was super close to the main strip but also not in a crazy busy area.

Nice accommodations! The bathrooms were nice and clean, the area was perfect to get to places in pigeon Forge, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The only downside is parking can get tight during busy times. I will definitely stay here again.
