Ideal for business or leisure travellers, our charming studio is located on Rue de Bitche, near the Cité des Congrès, the South Train Station, and city centre. Renovated in late 2022, it’s very bright, and its balcony overlooks a quiet garden. Comfortable and cosy, close to tourist attractions yet away from the hustle and bustle, you’ll enjoy your trip to Nantes in both winter and summer—or use it as a base to explore the region. Fully equipped and furnished to make you feel right at home, you’ll love recharging here.

The studio apartment with hardwood floors is located in a beautiful building with an lift. It consists of an entryway with a large closet (walk-in closet + shelves), a main room, a bathroom, and a balcony with unobstructed views.

Cannot recommend this apartment and host highly enough.
The apartment was amazing. It was spotless and had everything you could possibly need or want. The location was fantastic. It was quiet and tranquil but still less than a 10 minute walk from the hub of bars and restaurants. It also felt very safe.
The host was charm himself. Nothing was a problem, not even turning up at 7.15 am on day of departure to say good bye. We would stay there again without any doubt.
