Dans un site exceptionnel, à la pointe du Cap Ferret, entre Océan et Bassin d'Arcachon, cette villa de charme avec sa terrasse en bois de 40 m² vous accueille à environ 100 m de la dune océane et 500 m du Bassin.
WIFI haut débit_Grande TV 4K connectée- possibilité de netflix.
Balançoire dans le salon, cabane dans le jardin, pour le plus grand bonheur des enfants.
2 Lits bébé & baignoire bébé, 2 chaises hautes, poussette, baignoire BB

En période de vacances, les locations se font normalement du samedi au samedi
Maison chauffée en période hivernale

- Les prix sont toutes charges comprises, ( excepté le ménage final si besoin ) linge de maison et de toilette fournis.
