Tolle Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommener Bau. Der Putz von außen bröckelt, der Garten ist nicht gepflegt. Dafür gibt es aber eine wunderbare große Terrasse, auf der man liegen, essen und sich ausruhen kann. Das Haus selber ist mit (zu)viel Deko eingerichtet, aber sehr individuell und cool. In den rissigen Ledersesseln versinkt man völlig… Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss hat leider eine nicht funktionierende Badewanne, sie sieht aber wunderbar mit ihren Füßen aus. Die Räume unten im Keller sind sehr dunkel, die Matratzen teilweise durchgelegen. Das Zimmer mit den Etagenbetten ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Das Wohnzimmer im unteren Bereich ist sehr voll gestellt mit unterschiedlichsten Dingen und Krimskrams. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage nahe zum Atlantik. In nur wenigen Metern ist man an einem traumhaften Strand.

Une maison agréable , fonctionnelle au niveau du premier étage . Le sous-sol moins agréable .

Un espace très convivial dans la grande salle à vivre . Une terrace attenante pratique , où il fait bon partager des repas ou faire la sieste . Le mobilier extérieur un peu vétuste , le seul point négatif les couchages du bas. Un canapé clic clac très fatigué et le lit gigogne trop proche du plafond . Les fauteuils clubs du haut superbes mais une assise sans ressorts. Super séjour , good vibes et une hôtesse très à l’écoute .

Très agréable maison

Jolie maison, bien décorée avec une vraie âme. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse très ensoleillée et dans la verdure. Un grand merci à Jeanne, la propriétaire, pour son accueil, sa résolution ultra rapide de nos petits problèmes et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette maison!

Wonderful relaxed house

We had a fantastic stay. It's a gorgeous house. Brilliant for kids. Very stylishly designed & decorated. Gorgeous sunny deck which we enjoyed eating lunch out on. Lovely garden & so close to the beach & cycle paths. Loved every second of staying here- we will be back!

Schöne Tage in einem speziellen Haus

Wir waren 1 Woche in Cap Ferret und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr speziell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Jeanne die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen. :-) Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen absolut mit der Wahrheit überein.

Jeanne's magical holiday house

We had a wondeful holiday in summer 2016 at Jeanne's property in the perfect location in Cap Ferret. It's stylish, spacious, comfortable, clean and exudes a distinctly holidayish beach-vibe. Jeanne was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. We went with 4 adults and a 2 year old. We'd love to come every summer!

Cette maison est un vrai cocon. Remplie d'objet chines par Jeanne la maîtresse de maison. Les enfants adorent y rester et il fait bon lire dans le Canape où sur la superbe terrasses aménagée. Un grand merci à Jeanne qui est tres sympa. Nous espérons juste pouvoir revenir rapidement.

Relaxed and stylish villa

We had a wonderful three days of sunshine and relaxation at Jeanne's beautifully appointed villa close to the grocery shop and restaurants. We really appreciated being able to sit out on the deck and eat out and listen to the birdsong. Jeanne was a very gracious host who happily welcomed us at a very late hour after our flights were delayed. This is our second visit to Cap Ferret and our first to her home. We will definitely stay here next time. If it's available!!

Amazingly Unique & Charming House close to the Sea

We loved Jeanne's fabulous Cap Ferret house with it's unique ambience. Friendly welcome and very well equipped with all you could want for a long or short stay. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants/bars and local shops.. Also an easy ferry hop over the Bassin to the town of Archachon. Walk the Pyla Dune or eat the freshest oysters at the quai. So want to return as we loved the decoration and style. Thank you Jeanne can't recommend it highly enough and hope to be back!

Un moment idyllique

Une grande pièce à vivre lumineuse et chaleureuse, une cuisine spacieuse et conviviale où l'on peut se réunir pour partager des moments ensemble et un superbe coin cheminée entouré de fauteuils club. La villa est aussi magnifique que sur les photos ! Nous avons adorés la décoration composée pour l'essentiel d'objets chinés par la propriétaire lors de ses différents voyages. D'ailleurs, cette dernière est extrêmement attentionnée et très réactive. Nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée avec des enfants, elle nous a chaleureusement accueillis. La maison était éclairée, des bûches brûlées dans la cheminée, les lits étaient prêts ...... un vrai bonheur quand ont a fait une longue route. Concernant les extérieurs, une belle terrasse sans vis vis, et surtout une belle cabane pour les enfants. En résumé, cette maison est une vrai havre de paix et de convivialité !

Unique home in a fantastic location

First time in Cap Ferret and what a great find! The house is really charming with a huge open plan lounge, kitchen & diner. We were just two so we only used one floor of the house, but it would also be fantastic if there was a large group as there are lots of different areas to sit & relax. The house is also equipped with everything you could possibly need. Really nice garden that is fully enclosed, so safe for children & pets. The location is also perfect as the neighbourhood is quiet and all you can hear are the waves of the ocean. You are however in walking distance to lots of shops & restaurants and also the bassin. The owner, Jeanne, was lovely and very helpful. Finally we loved the swing in the lounge, especially after a glass of wine!

La maison était conforme à ce que nous attendions, ainsi que la localisation. La déco est originale et sympathique pour une maison de vacances. Les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été plus que cordiaux, bien qu'essentiellement par mail. Nous étions en famille avec deux enfants. C'est le bon nombre, avec une chambre par enfant. Endroit à recommander.

Excellentes vacances!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au Cap Ferret qui est vraiment un coin magnifique. La propriétaire, Jeanne, est très sympathique, réactive et serviable. La pièce principale de la maison est très chouette et très bien décorée! La maison est parfaitement équipée, la terrasse agréable et la balançoire dans le salon a fait le bonheur de nos enfants!
