This was a great stay - kind hosts, cozy house, and a good location a short drive away from downtown Newport. Lots of little decor touches. Thank you so much!
The pictures don’t do it justice. Seeing it in person makes you realize just how nice it is. Plenty of space, great beds, and an a phenomenal indoor/outdoor porch that we spent a lot of time hanging out on. 10 minute ride to the Wharf area. 10/10
Very nice home, with a beach cottage feel. Property was very clean and Erin was very welcoming and helpful. The location was great with close proximity to Newport Beach and local restaurants. We would stay again.
The house is nice and cozy with a cute backyard area. The neighborhood is really nice, really close to the beach, cliff walk and downtown shops. We would definitely come back to this place when traveling to Newport again.
We had a great stay at Erin’s house while we were in town for the Newport Folk Festival. She’s an excellent host, and we loved having a quiet, lovely home base to come back to after being out in the sun all day. The sun porch is especially wonderful, and the two bedrooms were great for four of us to stay in. The neighborhood is quiet and very pleasant, and it was a very easy drive to everything we needed to get to, including downtown Newport. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches Erin put into the house!
The hostess, Erin, was very nice and responded to questions or messages very quickly. House was clean and as listed! Not the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in but wasn’t too bad and overall, was a great stay. There were little extras throughout if you forgot something like toothpaste or a mini first aid kit. Plenty of towels in the bathroom closet. There were a few games in the downstairs closet which is nice and a few little snacks in the kitchen. Very nice touch! Best thing was it is just minutes from Newport’s iconic spots and restaurants! I would stay here again!

What makes this property unique
I think my property stands out because it's very cozy and serene. I love the hardwood floors, artwork, and eclectic books. A guest favorite is the lovely sunporch out back. It's a great place to have morning coffee or an evening cocktail. And my Mini Goldendoodle puppy is also a big hit!
