Year Around vacation. The ultimate sanctuary. South eastern exposure. Quiet, highly desired, respectful neighborhood. 127 Five star reviews. This is not a party house. There is a enforced noise ordinance after 10 pm at night. Call if you have questions.

This home has some of the best views in Bend. You don't have to look for the view, it is always there. Nine living room windows! 37 windows throughout the home. The home overlooks the entire city of bend. Beautiful city lights at night. Located in one of Bend's quietest locations! 5 minutes to the heart of town! 20 foot ceilings. Great wood burning fireplace. Open the French doors at night and enjoy the fresh mountain air while curled up in a very comfortable king size bed.

Kayak the river nearby. Enjoy the world class mountain bike trails nearby. Enjoy a 100,000 sq. ft. Indoor tennis, swim, and fitness facility 5 minutes from home. Watch the world class bands perform at Les Schwab Amphitheater. Jack Johnson, Bob Dylan, Chris Issac, Doobie Brothers, Sugarland, Bonnie Raitt.

Free local and Portland bands at Thursday Munch'n Music in drake park on the river. You'll love McMenamins restaurants, live music (free) and $4 indoor movie theater complete with love seats. Beer and food served are served while watching the most current movies.

Gorgeous house with fantastic views. Total bang for your buck.

The overall layout of the house allowed all six of us to hang out and eat and drink, but also allowed us privacy when we wanted to kick back and read or sleep. Beautiful views, plenty of space for all of our stuff and an easy drive into town. Would love to come back in the future.

Beautiful and peaceful!

Our family decided to come to Oregon for Thanksgiving. We had a blast! This home was perfect! Our Grandchildren loved the pool table and hot tub as we cooked dinner. We played games and made lots of memories. I wood recommend this home to anyone!

Great Bend House

Overall, we were pleased with the property and responsiveness from the owners. The house was huge and our family was able to spread out and feel comfortable. Our only complaint is that it was difficult to find things in the kitchen, but nothing that can't be fixed with some focused organization and a label maker.

Birthday Bash

We recently celebrated my 40th birthday with my wife and 8 of our closest friends, and this house was perfect for our needs. We cooked a big Valentine's Day dinner, hung out and played games, and enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The house is a very close drive to good grocery stores and restaurants, and an easy drive up to Bachelor. I don't think we could have found a better place.

Great Women's Weekend

The views are outrageous! We've stayed in many places in Bend & this house definately has the best views. Several of us slept on the large deck - under the stars. There were 8 women who love to cook- the kitchen is large, plenty of room to be creative. The home is very open with many private areas to read - relax. The owners were great to work with and gave us many tips on "What do to- Where to go in Bend". Staying here was a luxury treat!!

The house is as described. Clean,comfortable, upscale amenities including big smart TV, great kitchen, hotub, and pool table. The Views are amazing and very easy to get to town. Furniture is comfortable and not worn out as you may see in some rentals. A couple of folks in our group would have liked more lights upstairs but that is a minor difference in preference. Owner communicated very well. Overall great rental and would stay again.

Loved our Bend Trip!!!

We had such a great time! The house is so beautiful, more than enough room for our families with the kids. Loved the downstairs game room for them to play, the pool table, hot tub and floor to ceiling windows were breathtaking, especially laying in the living room watching the snow fall, so peaceful!!! Denise and Rick were so helpful and always texted/emailed right back with answering all of our questions and even during our stay helped us a ton! it was an OK place to stay... little disappointed.....

We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house... there were lots of dog hair on the couch in the game room, a pot pipe just laying out on the deck, spatulas and other kitchen items had old dried food on them that we had to wash before using. There were many light bulbs out in the living room area the resulted in the room being extra dark at night. We also were told there was a BBQ and there was but both propane tanks provided were empty. We loved the location very close to town.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Aubrey Butte home. The view overlooking the City was really nice. The house is big and spacious, easily holding our group of 10. The kitchen is well appointed and gorgeous. There is also a deck off the kitchen that catches the morning sun. The bedrooms are very nice, ranging from a master that is huge, has its own very nice bathroom and a big deck of its own to smaller, more private rooms downstairs. There is also a big deck off of the TV/play room, where the hot tub resides and yet another one off the entry way. Whether you're looking for sun or shade, big views or privacy, there is alway a deck that will work for you. The owners were very easy to work with and the rent is very reasonable for the value you get. I highly recommend it if you are looking to visit Bend with a group of 8 or more. And, of course, Bend is awesome with some of the best riding, skiing, hiking and beer drinking in the world.

Beautiful Home

I recently stayed in this beautiful home for 4th July. I found the home spotless and well stocked. I was able to prepare and present a wonderful 4th July feast. All the cooking appliances were clean and there was an cuisunart, blender, you name it. I normally bring my own knives but had forgotten them, i was happy to find great quality, sharp knives. There were ample dishes and glasses, all sparkling. The den with the pool table was great entertainment as was the huge deck with the hot tub. At one point we had 7 children in the house ranging from 4 to 14, all were happy. We also had evenings roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Use of the bikes and rafts made it economical for us, as we then did not have to rent these for the floating on the river. As in any home, there are personal belongings, my children were in awe of the cool artifacts in the home. As for Rick and Denise, They were wonderful, obviously experienced in making their home your ideal vacation destination. 5 Stars all the way. We will see you again next yer.

Perfect Spot for 8 People!

My and my fiancé’s familes were in town to find ourselves a wedding venue and relax. Originally booked back in March we had to reschedule due to COVID. Denise and Rick were incredibly accommodatig when it came to rescheduling and figuring out the payments to work for me. When we finally got to the house, it was clean, accommodating, and overall very fun with the kitchen, pool table, and jacuzzi. Would absolutely stay here the next time we are in town!
