The apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living space features a comfy sofa bed and a wide-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and watching all your favourite shows.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric stove, an oven and a coffee machine.

The bedroom offers a delightful queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

NOTE: Roof works will take place this week, including the installation of scaffolding. The works are expected to last approximately one month.

The Centre Pompidou, Place des Vosges, Musée National Picasso-Paris, Musée des Arts et Métiers, Saint-Eustache Church, Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione, Square of Saint-Jacques Tower, and Hôtel de Ville are all within a short distance. There are plenty of cafes, such as Au Pied de Cochon and Breizh Café, and plenty of restaurants and bars, such as Bouillon Julien, Flunch, Georges, Candelaria, Le Comptoir de la Gastronomie, and Favela Chic. This location is excellent for exploring the city.

The Arts et Métiers station is only a 4-minute walk away, as well as the Rambuteau station. Chatelet Les Halles is only 11 minutes away on foot, and Gare du Nord is 2.2 kilometres away. The Saint-Lazare station is 2.9 kilometres away. This is an ideal location for anyone exploring the city of Paris.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
