Comfortable and quiet

This apartment was just right for the two of us giving us sufficient space for a comfortable 6 night stay. It had been advertised on the net as having both a washer and clothes dryer. The latter was not included and I have since been informed that it s now not so advertised. That small problem aside it was all that we expected. There is a lift to the second floor which is handy with heavy luggage or after a long day exploring on foot. The apartment has no "outlook" but it's added bonus is that it is located in an area that is exceptionally quiet - making for restful late nights and early mornings. If you are looking for a place to rest your head and somewhere relatively central to strike out from - this may well serve your purpose.

Lovely apartment perfectly located in the Marais.

The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and was perfect to our needs for a 4 night stay. Convenient to metro, restaurants and Carrefour/Monoprix.

Great Apartment in a quiet area.

The apartment was very clean, but lacking in any information of the immediate area and exploring Paris further afield. It would have been nice to have a small starter/ welcome pack and some basic condiments in the kitchen etc.

Perfect for our needs

We have just departed a wonderful 6 night stay in Paris. Maxime's apartment is in a great location; we walked everywhere from it. It has all the comforts of home and though we didn't meet, he communicated well and we knew how to contact him to ask questions. Though I was pretty keen for a balcony view, as other reviewers have mentioned, this one is non-existent. Don't book it for the balcony. It was super quiet as was Rue de Montmerency. Countless bars, cafes and supermarkets are a short walk away. If you're there on a Sunday, take the 20 minute walk to Marche Bastille; it is fabulous! It was a wonderful introduction to Paris for us. Thanks Maxime!

Wonderful apartment - Great location, quiet with with lovely decor

Maxine's apartment was wonderful - beautifully furnished with a fantastic kitchen and shower! Small things like olive oil, salt and pepper and cling film were included which enabled us to cook easier for our 8 month old son. A spacious cot was also sourced for us and a sleeping bag had been thoughtfully provided too!
