Ideally located 10 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours circuit, designed as a large family home, for moments of conviviality and rest, the Roseraie is perfectly equipped.
You can meet up to 10 people there. The large landscaped garden, to contemplate the Dormouse and the rose bushes, is enclosed and ideal for moments of relaxation. A swimming pool, swimming lane 10m x 3.5m, heated from mid-May to mid-September is at your disposal.
On the ground floor: large entrance hall, living room with insert fireplace, TV, independent dining room for organizing family meals, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate toilet. A winter lounge to contemplate the dormouse and the garden
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms. 1 large dormitory room with 3 90 cm beds, 1 small annex room with 1 90 cm bed (passage room to the dormitory), 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed. Bathroom, WC.

Equipment: Fridge/freezer, hotplates (4 gas burners), oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer – fireplace, crockery, food processor and household equipment, television, Internet and Wifi access.
Possibility to rent towels: €5 per person.

Outside: several parking spaces on the small square in front of the gîte.

Only one animal accepted per stay. Additional deposit of €100 required.

Compulsory cleaning fee in addition: €150.
