About this property

Remodel 2 King Beds Lower Unit with Large Backyard

Welcome to Denver! This 2 bedroom unit with king beds has a fully equipped kitchen with snacks and coffee provided. It is 15 minutes from Downtown and 30-40 minutes to the airport and close to all things fun.

The unit is dog friendly as well. There is a shopping, food and attractions nearby. High speed internet, air conditioning, and smart TVs included. Off street parking and backyard make this perfect. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

This is the lower unit of a duplex. There will be another party staying in the unit above. The two units are completely separate with private entrances.

Guests will enter through the back and have a private back and fenced yard.
This unit does not have control of the thermostat, the temperature is set a reasonable seasonal normal, fans and space heaters are provided should you want/need them.

I am a very responsive host and we do communicate via app, email or text.

Great quiet neighborhood, centrally located

Denver is the best seen with car, Uber and we have a great light rail system

Dirty, loud, had bugs!!
I would not recommend this property. The upstairs tenants were loud. We could hear every song, conversation, footstep, and clinking pan. We were woken up by something being dragged across the floor at 1:30 AM for over an hour. You could hear their dogs’ toenails clicking on the floors as they walked around all day. At one point, a tenant sneezed, I said bless you, and they said thank you. ZERO soundproofing. There was a hole in the living room ceiling with an air conditioner filter shoved in it. When someone upstairs walked over that spot, we could see their shadow through the filter! Bathroom floor was disgusting. Cobwebs in corners and along walls. Every single vent was clogged with lint/dust. Spots on doors and walls where things had been spilled/splattered and not cleaned. Mirrors were dirty with fingerprints and more mystery splatter. Day two - BUGS. We lost count of how many spiders we killed. Water pressure was nonexistent. The yard was unkempt with tall weeds. Trash cans were overflowing. It’s a shame because the renovations were decent and I loved the little kitchen. The location of the rental and quiet neighborhood were nice as well, but I would never stay here again. They also double charged us and are now unreachable. I have not been able to get a refund or any resolution.

Great place in a great location
My family and I stayed here for a full week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and tidy when we entered and Jeff made it simple and easy to check in and out. Jeff made it feel like home with complimentary K-cups and even small bags of chips. Location is great by being close to Downtown Denver and even walking distance to a great park. Would stay again if had the opportunity.

The property has potential, however, it was disappointing on a multitude of levels. It was filthy, the floors had not been mopped, the carpets had a scented carpet freshener which lingered EVERYWHERE! We could hardly breathe, I have asthma and had to stay out side for several hours until the "dust settled". The bedding had hair on it, there was boogers that had been wiped on the wall. The backyard had dog waste all over it, in addition there was construction garbage (rusted razor blade, broken glass from a window). There was a construction dumpster in the driveway to make getting in and out of the already narrow driveway terrible! The bath towels were wet in the dryer, and there was only one hand towel and no washcloths. We had no control over the thermostat, the manager said "he would adjust it if we asked." The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, which was a major problem as the upstairs renter had a large barking dog and a bounding toddling child. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.
