Convenient & Clean

Conveniently located, very clean, perfect home away from home with our lab. Only issue was my spouse is over 6ft tall both beds were very small limiting the quality of sleep. Everything else was very good thank you.

Over all very satisfactory, but could some extra supplies. Only one extra roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, very little coffee for machine, only one cereal/soup/salad bowl.

Nice Quiet Location

My experience was very pleasant. I visit Colorado every year for Labor Day weekend and this was the first time it was not spent in a hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the property is quiet and serene even though it is next to the freeway. At not time during the stay did it make itself known. Finding the property can be a little tricky the first time and I would recommend taking the time to get one’s bearings in all directions. I found that once I did that, everything just fell into place. The house was roomy and comfortable and presented a calming charm especially after a long day. I would recommend this property if you are reading this and I am hoping to be able to reserve again next years Labor Day festivities.
