Maison de Vacances-plage à Pied

New holiday home connected to fibre, 900 metres from the large beach of Sables d'Or les Pins. Located in a quiet environment.

Ground floor:
- Large living room with beautiful fitted kitchen, three large windows opening onto terrace with double exposure south/east and south/west with an enclosed garden of 300 m2.
- A master bedroom (140x200 bed) with private bathroom (walk-in shower).
- A toilet
- A pantry with washing machine
- Garage for storage

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with double bed 140x200
- A bedroom with double bed 140x200
-A bathroom (bathtub).
- A toilet

With each double bed: a duvet with pillows.
Bed linen is not provided.
Linen rental (sheets and towels) possible on request
Cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants otherwise a cleaning fee of 90€ will be requested at the time of booking.

Toller Urlaub für Bretagne Liebhaber

Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung.Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Küstenwanderungen oder Besichtigungen von Städten und Naturmonumenten. Julien und Anne-Laure waren sehr nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für alles!

La maison est très bien située , elle est extrêmement agréable, lumineuse, neuve.rien ne manque.les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles, sympathiques arrangeants.tres bonne communication. Que dire! J aurais bien noté 6 etoiles.je recommande fortement !!! Le plus: de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, neu, alles da, was man benötigt. Die Lage zum Strand ist super, mit e-bikes richtig toll. Betreuung super, wir hatten keinerlei Probleme! Jederzeit wieder! Die Umgebung ist ein Traum!
