The Yuma Vacation House is a 55+ community located in the breathtaking Yuma Foothills. This spacious 3 bedroom home sleeps 5, has two full bathrooms, an office space, wireless internet, a well appointed kitchen and a beautiful sheltered outdoor dining and recreation space and is within walking distance to the grocery store and local restaurants. The air conditioning is excellent. We just remodeled the place and look forward to hosting you and your friends for a warm get-a-way. This beautiful Foothills home has special accommodations for those that are mobility challenged; including and entry ramp, wheelchair and hospital bed.

This property met all of our needs. It was spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Arizona room/patio. It was so nice to have a place to hang out outside. The property is just as it shows in the pictures. If we had questions, the owner responded quickly.

We loved this house! We stayed for a month everything we needed was supplied. Very spacious, cozy and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with coffee or wine. Would definitely rent again!

The property was as promised. We enjoyed our month long stay. Our only problem was the neighbor who would constantly make comments when she saw us outside and those comments were very negative with a lot of cursing involved.

Home away from home

A perfect location with a great view, close to all the amenities within walking distances like Fry’s, happy hour at Applebees as well fast food options if you are in a rush. A large yard for a dog to run as well as shaded car ports for parking and sitting under when the sun is to hot. The home was a perfect size that wasn’t lacking room anywhere, it had everything that we needed including great TV with good internet service. The home is located in a great 55 plus community with it’s own clubhouse with a pool, hot tub etc. We give it a thumbs up and would definitely stay here again

Easy check-in for first time users. The photos in the ad didn't do justice to the spacious size of the rooms. We were able to spread out and do our own thing when needed.
