We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and welcoming! The yard was peaceful with plenty of quiet space and places to sit.KIMMY (the innkeeper/host) YOU ROCK!Extremely pleasant and friendly! We, as well thank you for the blanket you let us borrow when we went to Bryce at nIght to stargaze!
Charming room; warm, friendly, and attentive host; thoughtful touches abound; wonderful, spacious back lawn with tables, chairs, fire pit, a lovely view of the rock cliffs on the horizon, more stars in the night sky than you require, and apple trees for a sudden snack urge. What else did you need?
Friendly people at the Inn and in town. We enjoyed our two-day stay here. It was an easy drive to Bryce Canyon and a comfortable, cool stay after 100 degree temps in the canyon. And, I love the stone work in the bathroom!
We absolutely loved this place. Our host, Kimmi, was on site and had our unit sparkling for our arrival. It was perfect for the two of us and we were able to walk to dinner, grocery and gas. In the evening, we watched the deer (7!) walk through the back yard. It is a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon.Kimmi is a lovely woman who is a great ambassador to the property and is a great resource regarding the surrounding trails, hikes, things to do and places to get a good meal. I think we found a forever friend!
Very helpful, and provided great advice on hiking opportunities. Quiet and peaceful setting. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely dtay here again.
Perfect location for resting after a long day in Bryce. Angela was welcoming and the caretaker Randall was so friendly!

The grounds are quite extensive with a fire pit that is pleasant to sit by in the evening and lots of comfortable lounge chairs. Very pleasant interior with a nice basket full of snacks and other thoughtful touches. Highly recommend this studio.
This place was perfect for my husband and me. Our primary purpose for visiting was to hike in Bryce Canyon National Park. After tiring days it was nice to have somewhere close to stay and rest. Dixie thoughtfully left us maps/guidebooks and a few little goodies, including some much needed chapstick with spf :) We would stay here again.
This room has NO air conditioning and NO TV. We could live without the TV. However, we tried to sleep in a 90 degree room for two nights, and did not succeed. If you are coming to southern Utah in the summer months - avoid this property like the plague. We left so exhausted and sleep deprived - it probably wasn’t even safe for us to drive. Terrible experience for way too much money.
Listing stated, "Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker..." This is a room with a small microwave and small fridge in the closet, a fold-down table and the coffee pot on a shelf just inside the door. They left us coffee, and some oatmeal packets and some snack bars. There were some paper cups for making coffee and some ceramic ones in the medicine chest in the bathroom, but no silverware - plastic or otherwise. We have done several other VRBO accommodations and had some really nice stays, but this one was a little disappointing. The shower was pretty cool though! The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was country quiet. If you plan on booking this room, I would plan on eating out during your stay and maybe bring some plastic silverware if you need to eat in the room.
This was such a nicely done room! Close to the Park and downtown area. Nicely decorated and the treat basket was a nice touch!

This room was perfect for our two-night stay. Very clean and comfortable with a very cool stone shower and comfy bed. This is in a beautiful spot close to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome State Park with some good places to eat close by. There were lots of thoughtful extras in the room like snacks and coffee that were very welcome. Would stay here again for sure.
The Tropic Room was just as described. Very quaint. Loved the shower and the little extras that were provided. Would definitely stay again if in the area and will recommend to friends/family.
