Come experience all that the SWFL lifestyle has to offer in this beautiful 2 bedroom (plus den) / 2 bathroom single family home. The floor plan is completely open with vaulted ceilings and allows you to enjoy picturesque and nature filled water views from all of your primary living spaces. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings throughout the home, there are also 3 TVs featuring a new flat screen in the living room and a wide screen TV in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The home comes with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.
There are 2 bedrooms / 2 baths plus a den with a new sleeper sofa acting as a third bedroom. There is a two car garage and wi-fi throughout which covers the lanai and outdoor area. There is a bbq grill and two bicycles and a washer and dryer in the unit. Olde Hickory is a private and gated community conveniently located 10 mins from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), 30 minutes away from the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), both along Interstate 75 and 20 mins away from the beaches at Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, with lots of shopping and fine restaurants nearby as well. Fort Myers is the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins and both stadiums are less than a 10 mins drive away. Our HOA requires a 28 day minimum rental so that you’ll be able to enjoy all of the Olde Hickory Country Club Amenities. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, workout facilities, Club House Pool, full restaurant/ dining room and bar with Membership Tab Account ( $150 temporary membership fee required).
