Casa Francisca is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath, with a 4-bed bunkroom, 2-story modern house conveniently located in the heart of Old Seagrove Beach and the middle of 30A. Just over 2 miles long, this free-spirited community is a balanced mix of old and new Florida and its laid-back style makes Seagrove Beach truly one of a kind. Casa Francisca is just a no-hassle short walk to the beach, approximately 1/3 of a mile, and enjoys 5 different dedicated neighborhood beach access points (more than any other beach along 30A) to more than one mile of open, deeded beach for your enjoyment. Close to nature trails, entertainment hubs, groceries, restaurants, boutique shops, and dune lakes, yet secluded, private, tranquil, and serene where you'll enjoy peace and relaxation. The open layout centered around the courtyard and pool is perfectly suited for families looking to reconnect and enjoy the afternoon breeze. Tastefully appointed rooms, with king-size beds in all of them, 2 on the main floor open to the pool, the third one on the second floor open to the outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. There is a large, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget you can think of and an outdoor grill. Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and 4 bikes will be provided.

Amazing 10 day stay with a newborn, toddler, parents and grandparents. Comfortable for all, clean, quiet, convenient. Close to beaches (walkable and nearby access with parking) and all the 30A attractions. The home is absolutely beautiful, large well thought out space inside and out. We hope to be back! The place was great. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice cookware, utensils and small appliances. The communication with the owner was excellent. We couldn’t get the grill to start and called got it resolved very quickly.

This is our second time staying at Casa Francisca and we absolutely love the property. The house is close to the beach and nearby beaches, but tucked away on a quiet street right off the main strip..minutes to all the fun spots. The house is very spacious, well stocked, plenty of comfortable seating, and the pool is the perfect size to cool off. We love this property and highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is perfect—so close to the beach that getting to the sand was a breeze. The house itself is beautiful, featuring a really nice, open kitchen that was perfect for our family. We had an absolutely amazing stay! When we arrived, it was easy to check in with instructions provided from Aldo. The house was clean and oh so beautiful! The decor and design were lovely! We were looking to escape for a little bit and this felt truly like a getaway. The pool was clean and so nice to have. It was very hot outside during our stay but the air conditioning in this house was a beast! It worked very well keeping the place cool and comfortable. We traveled with our 11 month old and I think he had more fun than did. The house had baby gates and a pack n play which I didn’t realize until later because we were having such a great time I missed Aldo’s message. We didn’t get to use them but they have them if you need them! The location is great! Close enough to the beach to walk but also tucked away enough to feel like an escape. It was just what we needed. We’d both love to return again in the future.

This was the best rental home I’ve ever been to. Such a beautiful property, convenient location, and comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home for the week. The host was kind and responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked (loved the sonic ice machine!), and the outdoor area and pool were gorgeous. We hope to be back!!

Simply Divine! What a wonderful and beautiful home. If you have found an available date to stay in this beautiful home - DO NOT SLEEP ON IT! The location is perfect to go to the beach. The bedding is so great I didn’t miss my bed at home. This almost never happens when I travel. The host has all the essentials provided. Have also stayed in homes maintained by property management and the level of details and communication is not the same. With 100% confidence I can say you will be grateful you chose to stay here.

This house is beautiful, and was the perfect property for our family vacation with adult kids. The hosts were wonderful!! They accommodated a special request and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed during our stay. We've been visiting the Florida panhandle, specifically the stretch of beach known as Scenic Highway 30a and its unique coastal ecosystem. Dune lakes are a unique geographical feature and are only found in a few places in the world including Madagascar, Australia, New Zealand, Oregon, and here in Walton County, home to 15 named coastal dune lakes along 26 miles of coastline. It’s a pleasure and a blessing to be able to share this slice of natural beauty with you.
