The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a single-family home. The stairwell is shared. You have a private entrance where you can store bicycles in the summer or skis in the winter.
The apartment features a large living room opening onto a balcony with a breathtaking view of the LUZ Valley.
Living room with TV, 2 sofas (one of which converts to a 140 bed).
Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine.
For sleeping arrangements, there are three bedrooms and a sleeping area on the mezzanine:
-2 bedrooms with a 160-bed
-1 bedroom with 2 80-beds that convert into a 160-bed
-1 sleeping area (mezzanine) with 2 80 beds that can be converted into a 160, ideal for children
2 bathrooms, one of which has a washer-dryer and a toilet
1 separate toilet
