The State of the Art kitchen has quartz kitchen counter tops, and all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you will need to cook that gourmet meal for your family. Complete with a washer and dryer, you need only bring your personal items and beach towels.The dining room features crystal chandeliers, the living room has a beautiful electric fireplace and a “smart” TV. From the living room, you walk out to your own large third-floor private balcony with sitting area overlooking the beachfront and includes space for both lounging and sunbathing. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view of the beach and incredible sunsets! | | Relax in the master bedroom with king bed, or enjoy the small sitting area with windows directly overlooking the gulf. As you enter the large master bathroom you will find your waterfall-tiled shower with his/her marble vanities, and a separate dressing table. The 2nd bedroom includes a king bed, large window, beautiful color-scheme and direct access to the 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom with twin bunks is decorated in a fun beach-motif, perfect for young-at-heart. All 3 bedrooms have large screen "smart" TV's for your enjoyment. This gated condo complex offers a beautiful pool and spa for your enjoyment. So make your reservation to stay with us! This like new condo is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Excellent stay-great location

Our family consisting of myself, my husband, 18, 16,13,and 10 year old kids stayed a week here. Condo was just as appeared. Very clean. The only bad things I have to say are that the pool and jacuzzi were not heated. Also the floors were quite thin and you could hear what the people above you were doing. We had someone knock on our door to have us turn down the music. However, it wasn’t us! It was the floor above us! Very great location. We would gladly stay there again.

Great location!

This condo is located in a great spot, and overall the accommodation is in good condition. The downside is that the furniture is worn and a little dingy and the floor rugs were stained and well worn in the bathrooms. The Floor system is a little bouncy and you can hear the neighbor upstairs walking. Our neighbor upstairs seems to never go to sleep. lastly, the check out time is a bit early at 10 AM when a lot of the rentals on the island check out at 11 AM. This rental served our purpose for the week, but we will opt not to return.

Clean condo-great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Crystal Beach! This condo was right on the beach, which is what we always look for with young children. It was clean, and had basic items you need in the kitchen. While it was not as well stocked as most condos we have stayed in, it had enough to be comfortable. We are used to having extra beach chairs, toys, games, etc. This was not a deal breaker, but it would be a nice addition. This was the cleanest condo we could find for this price while still being on the beach. We had a great time and we’re not disappointed!
