Owner communication is awesome! Plenty of space for everyone. Excellent place for family to stay for a ski vacation. This VRBO has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation.
The house was very comfortable and easy to relax in. Lindsey was very responsive with any questions. I would recommend this property! It was as described and very clean.

Thank you for the kind review Dawn-Marie! We appreciate you treating our home as though it was your own. We’d be happy to have you back anytime!
Love the location. The home is beautiful with plenty of space. Brought lawn games to play and cooked dinner with friends. Had a great night sleep. The only comment I would make is that the house does get hot event with the thermostat turned all the way down. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Hi Allen,
We’re happy you enjoyed your stay! We’re working on getting some lawn games up there so next time you won’t need to bring your own!
We stayed here for the last weekend of our ten day trip. The house was as described and very clean. Lindsey was great and responsive. My grandson loved making a fire in the pit and we enjoyed sitting by it and enjoying the mountain view. The Mills Market down the street had great food and very friendly staff. Only drawback was the road noise was loud and frequent. Also, I understand why they would be there but the security cameras outside made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Even with that, we would stay again. Overall good place.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for the kind review!
Please know that the security cameras are only located outside of the two entrances and they are there because of the rural setting of the home. We absolutely do NOT watch our guests during their stays. Privacy is important to us and we want our guests to know that.
The cameras actually protect you as much as they do us, if there was a break-in or damage done to the home before the cleaners arrived we would have to assume that it was caused by the guest. With the cameras, we would be able to look and see that it was an unrelated event!
Regardless, we’re happy you enjoyed your stay with us!
Our family (kids aged 2-10) stayed at this property for a weekend ski getaway at Sunday River. The house was very well equipped from the bedding to the kitchen equipment, everything felt new. My kids LOVED the bunk room with its own TV. We loved the pellet stove to take the edge off. The house is on a private lot and very quiet. Hope to stay again!
This was a perfect house for my family to stay and enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Sunday River. Plenty of room to spread out but also be together. My 18 year old daughter and her friend really enjoyed the bedroom with the hangout area! Highly recommend this property. Our host, Lindsey was awesome!

Thank you Elaine! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. We look forward to hopefully seeing you again!
The house was so cute and very clean! it is a short 20 min drive from Sunday river! it was so nice that the home had a mud room because we were able to put all our ski stuff there. the kitchen was stocked with everything you need and everything in the kitchen was super clean! it was a great stay! totally recommend!
We stayed at this property for a one-week ski vacation with a total of 6 people. While there was about a 20 minute drive to Sunday River Ski area, the quietness, isolation, and no traffic fit us perfectly. There are stores and a Walmart supercenter within 10 minutes, which was very convenient. The bedrooms are roomy, and we all loved the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with quality cookware, plenty of plates, bowls and utensils. The house was very clean and stocked with clean bedsheets, bathroom towels, toilet papers, and paper towels. The host, Lindsey, responded my message immediately, even at 3AM! The check-in & check-out instructions were very detailed and clear. After skiing, back to the house, we spent the rest of afternoon and whole evening with friends. We enjoyed cooking, talking, laughing, and watching our favorite movies together. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bunkbed, a huge beanbag, and a TV, perfect for my boys playing video games. We had a great time! Oh, another important feature, the Wifi is great, which allowed me to finish some of my work! I would highly recommend this property!

About the host
Hosted by Lindsey Haugh
We live in New Hampshire and love the mountains. We loved coming to the Sunday River area so much that we decided to purchase property here. This is our happy place. Our quiet retreat from a busy life and we hope it can be the same for you!
Why they chose this property
Our favorite part of the property is the seclusion. We enjoy sitting out on the porch for our morning coffee and lounging around the fire pit watching the sunsets all while listening to the sounds of nature.
What makes this property unique
The outdoor space is the most unique part of our property. The entire two acres is grass & driveway. It has plenty of room for many activities to happen simultaneously; kickball, volleyball, tetherball, apple picking, sitting around the fire pit, grilling, lounging in the hammock...there's something for everyone!
