Golfers retreat was a great place
We had a wonderful time staying here. Very convenient locations. Note: all bedrooms up stairs , so keep that in mind if traveling with an older group.
The house was well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The area has beautiful back roads to drive. We plan on staying again.
The home was nice and spacious. Has a great open kitchen/ dining / living space. All bedrooms were perfectly accommodating and the huge plus was 3 full bathrooms! The home had everything we needed for cooking. I cook all meals and they had everything we could need, even a crock pot. We did have issues with the code to the garage and door. They didn't work and the emergency code only allowed us entry through the front door, not the garage.

We used this as our hope me base for skiing at Wolf Creeke. Near enough to town for amenities but house was nicely stocked so ate in often. Huge family area perfect for our 4. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very nice. We didn’t end up bringing our dogs but if we had, patio would of been great for potty breaks. Everything we great, would stay again!

The property was clean however we had a carbon monoxide leak. I would suggest that this be checked at each property prior to rentals. We had to be moved to another property that was not near as nice or clean so that was not great.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are very sorry for the concern and inconvenience during your stay. Guest safety is our top priority, and we took immediate action once the carbon monoxide detector indicated an issue. Our team and the Fire Department inspected the unit, identified the source while running the water heater and boiler, and confirmed the home was safe after completing repairs. We also replaced the detectors to ensure continued monitoring. We understand that moving to a different unit was not ideal, and we appreciate your cooperation as we worked to prioritize safety. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue to carefully inspect our properties to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. We hope to welcome you back for a seamless and enjoyable stay in the future.
General stuff..Could definitely use some TLC with the bedding. Pillows were mismatched and pretty old. Our comforter in king bedroom had nasty stains on it - could be chocolate or blood, either way it was gross. Kitchen could use a walk thru, stuff like the corkscrew for wine was completely trashed and useless.TV satelite getting only us low resolution. In general happy with the cleanliness, especially knowing it's dog friendly.
Good sized house and layout for a large family.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots to make meals. Also appreciated that housekeeping left us with a significant amount of dish soap/ laundry detergent/ garbage bags to get by for the week!
The townhouse was very nice and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us.
The only negative is the neighbor parking in our spot in front of the garage, which we could not use the first night. We were only able to reclaim the spot after he left his residence the next day.
We enjoyed our stay and recommend it. It is located in an up-scale golf club community beside the Rio Grande River. It was very nice and cool and I enjoyed walking beside the river near sundown. There was no air conditioning so it was warmish going to bed but cold about 2 - 3 o'clock in the morning. There are few nearby restaurants and one must travel some ways to find things to do. Nevertheless, it was a great place and great vacation.

Hi Marvin, thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback, we are so glad that you had a wonderful time at our beautiful home!
We have stayed here for years but several issuesThis time. Only a quarter roll of paper towels and no replacements. Only one packet of dishwasher soap. Instructions asked to start laundry but no laundry soap. Only one trash bag with no replacements. No coffee. The towels in the bathroom were paper thin. Several windows would not open and others would not close. The inside of the grill was so rusted that it was not safe to use. It was much better when it was not managed by the current company. For the price of the rental is is unacceptable to have all these issues.

Place was exactly as represented and extremely clean. Nice living area and table that was perfect for evening dominoes and drinks. Back patio area was nice to sit out after skiing and reflect on the day. The heat pump in the house is pretty loud...but there's not much that can be done about that. Wasn't an issue, but was always there. Guess we should be glad it worked...lol Roads in were icy in a couple of places, but looked like they were maintained for winter. If you don't have a 4 wheel drive, you're still probably ok. The only part that might be an issue is the driveway if they get a really bad storm. I would definitely stay here again. Great place!
We arrived at the lodging only to find that the beds had not been made. Actually, all of the bed linen was heaped on top of one of one of the beds. There was a thick coating of dust over every surface. I contacted the rental provider (Vacasa) and they were very responsive to finding alternative lodging for our group. The problem was that the alternative lodging lacked a third bathroom, no dish washer, no washer/dryer and no garage. The rental price of this "alternative" is about 320 less that my original reserved lodging.....Vacasa seems to think that this is my problem and to date has not provided a cost adjustment. What a business model!
