Welcome to our home! We want you to fall in love with the house the same way we did when we first saw it.

It's a modern luxury for families, friends, kids, and grandparents to enjoy. Our 3200 sqft detached home offers you privacy and space, with the proximity of all the local restaurants and shops, but without the congestion. Our fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill allow you to cook gourmet meals or take the easy route and order out.

This is the ideal escape from work and the monotony we have fallen into, perfect for multiple families, a group of friends or just you and the kids!

The first floor allows you access to the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen, living and dining area. In the open floor plan, there is more than enough seating and space for everyone. There is walk out access to the heated* pool, patio and outdoor grill. This is a perfect set up for an indoor/outdoor socially distanced soirée! Use the back gate to walk over to the beach in less than 4 minutes. When you get back, use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before throwing your swim clothes in the washer/dryer - how easy is that??

As you arrive on the second floor, you have a gorgeous view out the large master bedroom (king bed). Wake up to the sunrise and snuggle with your loved one on the private master balcony as the sun sets. There are 2 additional bedrooms (both king beds) on the floor each boasting of their own ensuite bathroom. Each room in the house delights in its own flatscreen HDTV and large window - so you can continue to enjoy the views, nest in bed with a great book or catch up on your favorite shows!

The third floor balcony greets you at the top of the stairs. It’s the perfect space to host a sunset viewing party or relax in the additional living space complete with a kitchenette to chill your favorite champagne! The third floor has 6 additional beds - one room has 4 spacious, full size, bunk beds! Who says adults can’t join in the fun?!?!?!?! There is also another king bedroom and a pull out sofa in the lounge.

This house has something for everyone - heated* pool, private bedrooms, quick beach access, viewing balconies, space for the kids to play, bikes to ride down 30A, and easy entry for grandparents to enjoy.......what more could you ask for in a beach getaway?!?!?

Perfect house for kids (and adults!)

We had a wonderful stay at Tidewater Place! The house was a great set up for kids (ours loved the large bunkbeds) and adults (adults loved having king beds in all of the other rooms) alike! Proximity to the beach was great, and the heated pool was icing on the cake for cooler Spring evening and morning swims for the kids. Thanks Brett and Brandy!

Beautiful home in a great location!

We had a group of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids). The home is great for a large group. Pool was fabulous for the kids and the beach is a really short walk. The house had a lot of extras that we really enjoyed! We really loved having the bikes. Would definitely recommend for a large group - plenty of space to spread out and have some privacy.

Quiet Get Away

This is becoming my favorite remote work location. We've stayed and couple times before and the property provides space for me to take calls without without bothering everyone else. Going for a walk on the beach during lunch or cycling to dinner and drinks after work makes the days go quickly.

Second stay - will book again!

We came back for a second time! Will absolutely book a 3rd. We brought another family this time and the house is perfect for multiple families. The main floor and pool area is fantastic for the whole group to gather and the house still has ample room for each guest to have their own space. You can’t beat the location - blocks from the beach and a quick bike to downtown Rosemary. We loved exploring all that 30A has to offer. Brandy and Brett were responsive and made sure our stay was perfect! Such a great vacation that keeps us wanting more!!!

Wonderful house. Perfect for family. There are so many helpful thing included with rental. The bikes were so nice as well as toys and chairs. Our family favorite was the pool. It was the perfect size and cold after a day at the beach. We would rent again.

Location location location!!!

The photos online were beautiful and it did not disappoint in person. However what most surprised me was the location— walking distance from the beach and easy access to the restaurants and shopping. I did t hesitate to let the older kids out to explore on their own. Everyone enjoyed having their own space and separation. The owners were also accessible and knowledgeable. We will be back!

We had a fantastic time. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 8-4 and slept very comfortably. Short walk to the beach. We had a pool heated and our kids would not get out! They loved it. Would definitely come back! Also the hosts were so nice and always responded to our questions!

A Perfect Retreat

Tidewater Place was the perfect location for a relaxing, do-nothing girl's getaway. The home was well appointed and convenient to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Also, the heated pool was perfect for winding down with a glass of wine after watching sunsets on the beach. The property is a chameleon. It can serve as a truly relaxing retreat or an easygoing family paradise. We'll definitely return...maybe with our families in tow next time!

Great Home and Perfect Location

My family loves staying at Inlet Beach as we have two small children and the beach access is so easy with no boardwalk so you wheel your wagon straight from road to sand. The walk is about 4 minutes and the beach is never too crowded in this area. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved having a pool to enjoy especially as it is covered so it gave a little break from the sun. The hosts were very responsive the couple times we needed to reach out. We love staying at Inlet because you can take 98 to get further down 30A when we visit the neighboring beach towns to avoid some traffic. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The pictures don’t do the property justice. We had a lovely time. Brandy and Brett were amazing hosts. I mentioned it being my mom’s birthday and they even set out a gift for my mother. The hosts thought of everything, from umbrellas to complimentary laundry pods. The property was only a very short walk to the beach which was very convenient. We put the complimentary bikes to use as well and rode to a cute little town that was only about a 15 min bike ride. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful location for family getaway. This was our second stay at Inlet beach and we will return. The location is a easy walk to the beach and quick bike ride to Rosemary Beach and short drive to grocery stores snd r The best thing about this rental is the kitchen living room on the first floor. Great Home in a Great Location!

We stayed at this house for the kids spring break and really loved and enjoyed our visit! The house was a great space for our 16 family members. There was a lot of common space as well as well sized bedrooms. The location is truly a 4 minute walk to the beach which was great for us to be able to walk back and forth with the kids easily! The house is also one block away from Rosemary Beach where we rode bikes, shopped and ate lunch! We were able to easily drive to Seaside for their Easter celebration too! Brandy was a great host, informative and quick to respond. The house is truly stocked with all the essentials for cooking. It even had kid-friendly plates, cups and silverware which was great! We loved the house and would absolutely stay again!

Great for family or girlfriends!

This was my second stay at the property. The first time I went with family (adults and kids), but this time was just a quick getaway with friends. The property was as wonderful as I remembered and lent itself well to individual time or time together. There was ample space for each of us to relax and recharge. The proximity to everything via bike was also a huge bonus as we did not have a car this time; it was no problem at all. The ocean was a bit cold this time of year but luckily we had access to the house pool which could also be utilized as a heat spa. The hosts were both communicative and accessible, directing us to great "off season" options within the area. I am already looking forward to my next stay!

Great Experience

This was a great property. We had 5 grown ups and 3 kids including a 4 month old. The location was great, easy walk to the beach, and a 5 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. The owners were exceedingly helpful and kind. Easy to communicate with them. The kids really enjoyed the pool and having beach chairs and beach toys were great for us out of towners. They provided all linens, toilet paper/paper towels etc which was also super helpful. Would recommend to anyone! Having trouble finding anything negative to say- only word of warning would be that there are 3 floors so a lot of steps, so we had the grandparents stay on the 2nd level and not the 3rd. Not a big deal at all, they had a great time.

Perfect Location blocks from beach

We picked this spot because of the sleeping arrangements for the right group of twelve and nearby beach access. Only half of us were able to make it, but it would have worked for our group. Four adult couple rooms and bunks for small kids or close older kids plus an up top sitting area with a sofa that would have accommodate a loose teen. Only thing that would have been better for older parents would have been a first floor bedroom. But it’s footprint wouldn’t have allowed for it. Kitchen was well stocked for all our thanksgiving needs. There were plenty of supplies, the pool courtyard and balconies were well furnished and comfortable. Bike and beach amenities and towels were a great asset. Everything was clean and games were plentiful. Communication was perfect and easy. Great hosts! Thankyou!

Best location

We just had the most wonderful week at Inlet Beach. The location of this home just can’t be beat. We absolutely loved it. The home worked out really well and we liked it even more as the week went on, realizing what a great fit it was for our group. Because I am detail oriented, I am going to point out all the negatives. However, I still give the home 5 stars. First, the cookware was a bit sparse. Many pots and pans were also not completely clean. We did a bit of deep cleaning on all of them and that helped. The pantry was also locked by the owner and so we had to stack pantry items on a side shelving. Lastly, the bikes were beat. They really could stand to be replaced, but I also see that they get a lot of wear from the weather conditions. Now to the positives. The main living area is great. It is actually bigger than the pictures show. The backyard is wonderful. The pool is small but just perfect for our kids to have a place to play when not at the beach. I love how it’s right off the kitchen so you can be nearby. All the rooms are great and the bunk room has full over full beds. The kids loved it. Beds were all pretty comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we had a large group.

Disappointed

Overall communication from owner was responsive. Upon checkin the unit was not cleaned. Doors were full of hand prints inside and out, floors were filthy and dirt behind rugs/bugs, etc… The pool was full of sand and rocks. We reached out immediately and the cleaner wasn’t sent back until the next day. We had small children and was extremely disappointing due to the amount of $ spent. The cleaner clearly had no regard for the issue and had major attitude when she returned. The pool didn’t get cleaned until the 3rd day. Overall our family loved the area and proximity to the beach. Beds were not comfortable . The outdoor outlet didn’t work after few days and were unable to charge our golf cart with no response. We were extremely let down based on the price point of the home. Regardless of the challenges we left the home in very good condition and took pics to validate.

Great location but a bit of a warning

Loved the location and easy walk to the beach. The property is lovely but shows wear and tear from heavy use. The patio door was hard to open and close, the sofas were stained, the wagon was missing, and the fridge did not close properly.The pool was great but the first time we used the patio, one of the chairs collapsed under my husband, who is of average build. We alerted the owner and were stunned when she responded with a Venmo request for 240. She texted a receipt for a chair purchased last year, which suggested to me that the chairs need to be replaced periodically. The other outdoor furniture looked worn from the elements too. The owner insists renters pay for any damaged items that they do not catch upon arrival, which she said included the chair. But the rental agreement states renters are responsible for damage to the property "caused by our negligence," and we both agreed sitting in a chair is not negligence.The owner threatened to leave a negative review on our profile if we did not pay. We had a fantastic time and hate to end on a sour note. I take pride in caring for my own home and we took great care of the place. I asked in advance if there was a vacuum because I planned to use it, except it did not work. The minor problems with the place are not a dealbreaker, but to be asked to pay for the chair was insulting. Be warned that you could be billed for anything that breaks even if you are not at fault.
