This stay will allow you to discover the charm of a 63-square-meter duplex located in a former abbey farm, La Saulainière, renovated using fine local materials. After visiting the many castles and parks, you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside… in the heart of the village of Pontlevoy, where it’s a pleasure to stroll and sample local specialities: cheese shops, wineries, small weekly markets (as well as a post office, bank, convenience store with a petrol station, and a medical centre). Younger guests will enjoy the Belle Etoile Park, its fitness area, and its City Park. In the summer, Montrichard Beach or the Monthou-sur-Cher lake offer a refreshing swim and other water activities. <br>Embracing slow tourism and heritage preservation: recharging your batteries, promoting sustainable transport, and meeting local residents…this is also our mission.<br> Inside the home, the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor with access to a private patio. The upper floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom.<br> In the small garden, you’ll find a wooden picnic table, a parasol, and a barbecue. The garden also provides direct access to the street. Your parking space is located on the street side (designated spot). <br> In the barn area, you can store your bikes under cover and even charge your electric vehicle. A ping-pong area with some indoor sports equipment is also available during the day.
