Most part very good. However on 3 of 7 nights there was no hot water for showers. When we contacted the property manager she said the existing system could not accommodate the number of people staying.Also there were difficulties getting her to switch on the sauna, text communication supports this, when it was switched on it was hot. Also the listing suggested the sauna was for exclusive use when in fact it was a shared sauna. This information was fed back to the owner who unfortunately was somewhat dismissive. I would have anticipated an offer of compensation as a gesture of good will.

Good Morning Debra, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay at Chalet Queops. We truly appreciate it. The hot water system is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. Of course, availability may be reduced if several people take long showers at the same time. Regarding the sauna, it is a shared facility within the chalet rather than dedicated to one apartment. The concierge simply needs to be informed in advance so it can be prepared and ready for your enjoyment.
