You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses. Master bedroom has a comfortable King and 2 Queen beds in the roomy second Bedroom. Free WiFi, Large Smart Televisions with full cable including sports package. Wonderful walk in closets that make a longer term stay especially comfortable. And for winter, the gas fireplace is just right for both ambience and a little extra heat. The property is adjacent to the renowned Biltmore Golf Course and within 5 minutes drive to several other golf courses. Heated community pool (86 degrees year round), spa, and a fitness gym & sauna. Easy access with a designated space in the underground parking garage. No stairs needed! All elevator access if you desire. Over the courtyard, near to the pool but far enough for peace & quiet. Serene, spacious setting. Walk next door for groceries, Starbucks, fantastic restaurants and more. Our condo is close to all the popular shopping, dining, hiking and biking areas. A quick 10 minute drive to Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown Phoenix or Old Town Scottsdale. Perfect for all your vacation needs or business travels.

Fabulous location; Fabulous condo!

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the condo thoroughly. The furniture was oversized and comfy, (unlike what we saw in pics of so many other condos). The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the basics. The pool was very convenient and the neighbors were welcoming. Additionally, there is a great exercise facility on the property. We were able to walk to several restaurants, a coffee shop, and even got my hair cut nearby!

Loved it, great stay in Phoenix!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, and had extras we didn’t even expect. It was so nice to have pool towels and extra bedding and nice sized TVs. Also nice having a washing and dryer. The pool was warm and big and the pool area makes you feel like you are at a resort. Landscaping around the condominium was beautiful. Also loved the security of the place. We had groceries delivered and walked to the grocery store and Starbucks when needed. We were 5 minutes driving from hiking trails, and 25 minutes from Old Scottsdale and great shopping.

Meridian condo

Loved this location with lots of amenities in the Biltmore area. Condo is spacious and in beautiful condition. Online photos were true pictures, what you would expect. Friendly, and comfortable atmosphere for a vacation get away or extended stay.

Safe and secure location

I am a VRBO property manager in Park City, UT, so I know the drill. Loved the residence, would absolutely rent this again. We were there for 2 weeks for my boys hockey camp in June. Well stocked kitchen, everything was as expected from listing, functional layout, safe and secure complex in a safe neighborhood. Basement parking garage. There was no owner personal items or clutter which is a big one for me to keep it professional. The pool was large, well shaded, and a huge hit to cool down in. Plenty of pool towels in hall closet. It did get green and they had to close it for 2 days for service but it was crystal clear when we left so that shows the complex is well maintained and they are actively identifying issues and correcting them in a timely manner. The residence and complex was self explanatory in its functions. We never had to contact Arlene for assistance which means she did her job before we arrived. 5 stars all around! One star for 110F while grabbing fried chicken down the street and the AC in my Subaru fails. (never a perfect trip - did I mention the pool was awesome!)
