We had been to Nazare previously in the last few years. We wanted to visit Nazare, but also have availability to travel to other areas, and not break the bank.Antonio met us earlier than normal check in time, ran us through the nice studio property located in the middle of everything. The home was Nice, Clean , Secure and so conveniently located. The price could not be beat. Antonio went out of his way toward the end end of our trip, to get us a local cake, that was so very delicious. This was hands down one of our favorite vacations, and we vacation alot. I would give António and team 20 stars if i could.

The host was welcoming and accommodating. I had one minor issue and they were quick to respond.The unit is centrally located and close to restaurants and stores.It is small and was perfect for me. The view out the window toward the beach is really nice.

Séjour très bien dans ce petit loft, très bien équipé et très très propre. Très bien situé.

Je suis très très déçue du service de VRBO, suite à mon changement (12 février 2024) de durée de mon séjour (reste 4 jours du 5 au 9 mars 2024 au lieu de 6 jours tel qu’initialement du 5 au 11 mars 2024). L'hôte a accepté le changement le même jour, mas VRBO n'a pas effectué le changement jusqu'à ce jour. Je n'ai donc pas été remboursé pour les 2 jours payés d'avance (132,06 $CA). J'ai fait de multiples communications avec VRBO et un agent, Nicolas, m’a finalement appelé, et ce, suite à un commentaire que j’ai posté sur Facebook sur une Pub de VRBO. À ce jour, 11 mars, le problème de remboursement n’est toujours pas réglé. Même le propriétaire a voulu faire des modifications de mes dates dans votre base de données , et ce, tel que demandé, et le système informatique de VRBO n'a jamais fonctionné de son côté. Il a aussi tenté d'appeler VRBO et sans succès. À mon départ le 9 mars, l'hôte n'avait pas été payé. il ne m'a pas remboursé les 2 jours payés en trop. C'est à VRBO-ABRITEL que revient maintenant la responsabilité de me rembourser et de m'accorder des dommages intérêts pour tous les soucis que cela m’a causé. Depuis le 6 mars, Nicolas et via une communication de VRBO, on m'a confirmé que vous m'aviez versé le remboursement des frais de services de 48,43$ CA et je n’ai encore rien reçu. Ma dernière communication courriel avec Nicolas remonte à samedi 9 mars et je n’ai toujours pas de réponse de sa part. En attente d'un règlement dans les plus brefs délai SVP. Pierrette
