As owners who truly love this home, we've made sure every detail is perfect for your beach vacation. Here's what you can expect:

For our furry friends, we have a yard fenced around the stairs, ensuring their safety and providing a space for them to enjoy. Please be sure to add the dogs to the reservation and let me know how many you will be bringing at the time of reservation. There is a pet fee of $75 for the first dog and $50 for each additional and will be collected after booking as the platform is only able to add one fee at booking.

With a straight, 3-minute walk, you'll find yourself stepping onto the soft sand of the beach, ready to soak up the sun and enjoy the waves.

Located between barrels 100 and 101, our beach area tends to have fewer crowds, allowing you to relax and unwind in a peaceful setting.

For added safety, there is a gate at the top of the stairs, giving you peace of mind, especially if you have young children or pets.

The beach house features a deck that wraps around three sides, offering a partial ocean view from the front corner, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and a Smart TV, ensuring comfort and entertainment for everyone in your group.

Experience a restful night's sleep on our comfortable memory foam mattresses. We provide linens, and the beds are made for your convenience. Foam toppers can be removed if you prefer a firmer mattress. Queen sofa sleeper in living room.

The fully stocked kitchen awaits you, complete with a small coffee maker and a selection of coffee, Keurig pods, creamer, sugar, and stevia. Start your mornings off right with your favorite cup of joe.

Relax in the living room with a 75" Smart TV and access to DirectTV Stream, providing entertainment options for cozy nights in. There's even a DVD player and a library of over 100 DVDs to enjoy.

Fire up the charcoal grill and make use of the grill tools to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Bring your own charcoal and starter fluid.

To enhance your beach experience, we provide a wagon, chairs, canopy, and toys, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun-filled day by the shore.

As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit in the evenings to roast marshmallows, share stories, and create lasting memories with your loved ones. Marshmallow/hot dog sticks are provided. Bring your own fire wood or buy it locally.

*Please note that there are two outdoor security camera recording the bottom of the stairs and bottom of the cargo lift and back yard. Cameras are on and recording 24/7. Host only checks cameras at check-in and check-out to insure the maximum number of guest at the property as well as undisclosed pets. If undisclosed pets or guests are discovered, host has the right to cancel reservation without a refund. No refunds for community-wide power or internet outages that happen durning your stay (unless they are extensive and if guests wish to leave, any unused nights will be refunded) or inclement weather unless an evacuation is issued or there’s a major tropical storm that could affect the safety of guests.
