Oceanfront top flr 1 br condo at Madrid

Welcome to Madrid and relax in this oceanfront condo with unobstructed panoramic ocean views, at one of the top beaches in the country. Watch beautiful sunrises each morning and dolphins frolicking in the ocean from the living room or sitting outside the room.

In summer, condo usually rents from Saturday 4:00 p.m. check-in to Saturday 10:00 a.m. check-out, unless the calendar shows some partial week availability. The pool will be closed on 9/26/2023 this season.

Linens, blankets and towels are not provided, please bring your own.

• Sleeps four people on a king bed in bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room.
• Wall air conditioner and ceiling fans. Cold AC only, no heating.
• 40 inches TV in living area and 50 inches TV in bedroom. Cable and Netflix are both available.
• High speed Xfinity WIFI, which is well suited for remote work or school.
• Well equipped kitchen with stove, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, full oven, drip coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, basic spices.
• Two lounge chairs. and a table to enjoy balcony.
• One assigned off-street parking spot for the unit.

The ocean front views were terrific with easy beach access. The kitchen in the condo had been updated and the condo complex had a very nice outdoor pool. The complex was quiet in the evening and seemed very family friendly.

The property has an excellent location right on the beach and a nice pool. Because it's fairly far south in Wildwoodcrest, it's also a good spot to use as a base for exploring what's in and around the general Cape May area.

A good place to retreat to

I wanted to have a weekend for a spiritual retreat to gear up for some medical treatments ahead. Small and cozy with an amazing view of the ocean. It was the perfect location for me.

Perfect Location!

My elderly mother in law and husband stayed at the location. It was perfect. The walk to the beach was easily accomplished by my mother in law. The view was spectacular, assigned parking was fantastic, close to the elevator. It was just a superb experience. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

Quieter than expected

Can't beat this property for the ocean view/beachfront location for the cost. It is an older property and could use some updates, basic, not fancy. and very clean. The parking spaces are extremely small. We were there a week before the summer season, so there were only about 6 cars in the lot. I can't even imagine parking an SUV in the lot when it is full.

Disgusting Room

Moldy, musty smell, overall disrepair, AC on last leg, elevator broke down. Had to lug belongings down 5 flights of stairs. Left after 2 nights due to smell. Owner did refund 5 nights worth but still had to pay all extra taxes, fees, etc.Ruined our 30th wedding anniversary!!How does Vrbo not know the condition of the places they advertise? SMH

Hi Stephen, I was surprised by your feedback and discussed it with cleaning lady. She said when the AC is off and it rained, it's typical to have some moldy smell in the air. But this will go away after you turn on AC for a bit. Indeed the elevator was broken for a few days but HOA acted quickly and it was fixed very soon. Although this is not a five-star hotel, it's our vacation home and we maintain it to our best. We have happy guests before and after your visit and we respond to their messages very quickly. WW Crest is nice area, perfect location

Beach and pool were great. Accommodations were ok. Cabrera property management were constantly maintaining the grounds, appreciated that. Had to rewash dishes to be able to use and swept up a bit upon our arrival. Bring your own pillows if you need more support. Otherwise, great stay. Anthony’s and Sun Dog were perfect for food.

Perfect Condo. Perfect Location.

Absolutely loved this location. Can't beat the beautiful ocean front view. Condo had everything we could want for a week long stay. This is the first condo EVER than had a comfortable bed. Thank you to the owners for investing in a good mattress! The storage shelves were also a huge bonus to help get unused items out of our way (like empty suitcases, extra water etc.) The assigned parking spot was a bonus as well. You never had to worry whether you would get a parking spot late at night. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Elaine and Jay.

Good location, pool area great, unit was clean in general, however we did experience a problem with ants on sink/small appliance counter (which had no food on it), some of the kitchen utensils had food on them in the drawer and we washed them even though we did not cook, and dish towel left for us had a very foul mildew odor. Also couldn’t figure out why live news on tv kept going off. It was strange not having an (open) office downstairs in the building for general questions regarding your unit, the building or the area, But we had a very nice time and the people staying there were all very friendly, including the “maintenance guy.”

Great Location

This location was perfect for us. We are a family of four who wanted easy access to the beach without blowing our budget. It was clean and had what we needed. It’s fifth floor location was great. People were partying at the pool on the first floor late into the night but it didn’t bother us up on the fifth floor! The shower to wash off your feet along with two eating options right there was just right and made it easy! The office below was closed for renovation which didn’t cause us issues but we also couldn’t sign the pool waiver as we should have because of it. Parking spot was close and fit our needs!

Great location, some bumps with arrival

Can’t beat the location right on the beach, and there’s a great walk in restaurant next door (thank you, Anthony’s, for taking such great care of feeding our family all times of the day and night!). We had some issues when we arrived; the contracted housekeeper was parked in the condo spot and was hours behind so we had to make special arrangements with the on-site condo office to avoid getting ticketed or towed until she finally left, and she left her lunch beverage in the condo in the cupboard, but once we got past that it was better. Hosts were very responsive and helped us navigate a new wifi hookup to get connected. If you need to work, definitely do it in the front room as the signal in the bedroom wouldn’t stay connected. Overall it turned out to be a good stay!

Very nice unit for Wildwood Crest getaway

Cozy and clean unit in a property with great access to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked, bed is comfortable, and good overall design for the space. Property has a pool and gas bbq grills that all guest may use.
