Gorgeous beachfront condo in the heart of the Golden Zone of Bucerias! Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with spectacular ocean views. The building includes a large pool, private beach with palapas and chairs, 24/7 security, and an unbeatable location. Not just on the beach, but just steps to many amazing restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. Despite the proximity to all of this entertainment, the condo is very quiet. The unit itself has been updated with sleek surfaces and beautiful artwork.

The condo features an open concept design, with the kitchen, dining area, and large living room flowing together in bright, open harmony. The walls are adorned with art and photographs from local artists, but the main focus is always the ocean view.
There is a laundry service directly across the street where you can drop off your laundry in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon, clean and dry and nicely folded!

Convenience and comfort

This condo and property were exactly what we hoped for. Very comfortable, very convenient and easy access to just about anything - taxis, beach, pool, restaurants, city center, etc. There are so many wonderful places to see and walk to, and this condo was right in the middle of all of it. It’s really quiet and outside of all of the construction that is happening all around Zona Dorada. The property is a little older, but it is managed so well and so consistently that the age isn’t even a thought. I can’t recommend this place enough. Communication with the owner was super easy and he was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this condo!
