Family vacation

The property was very nice for a week in Rehoboth! Everything listed was accurate. The check in process was very easy and jay was quick to respond. The pool was a very nice addition and the location was great, next to all the food and shops. The beach is just a short drive away. Sitting outside on the patio deck was a plus every morning ! definitely would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking again in the future !

Peaceful and relaxing

My dog and I felt very comfortable in this beautiful apartment with its beautiful terrace/balcony. The buildings in that community are very private and quiet. Everything we needed was available and everything was clean. The apartment was very cozy and Jay, the owner, was always accessible to answer any questions. Thank you for your hospitality.

Air conditioner

The air conditioner didn’t work to my liking I shut it down one day we were gone for the day to thaw out. That night after 12 hours off still wasn’t very cool. Other than that I loved the location and the pool is a plus. I left paper products and a bag of ice for the next person. Hope that wasn’t a problem.
