Wonderful apartment

We were very pleased with the apartment, which possessed a superb view. The estate agents could be more efficient. Four issues 1) Did not give us the key fob for the garage 2) The number for the contact agent was not applicable as she was not working. 3) Two lifts in apartment block, were only one for flat. 4) A4 sheet in Engish would be useful.

Thank you for being responsive and for bringing this feedback back to our institution. We are taking assessments into account to improve ourselves. Indeed, the garage beep does not pass in our key boxes but the advantage is that you could pick them up at our agency which is open until 18:30 and where our key box would be. Our agency is open 7/7 to answer all your requests. In this residence there are two elevators. One for the left apartments and one for the right apartments. We hope you enjoyed the rest and that you will stay again at Le Touquet. Sincerely

Arcadia Apartment.

Disappointing!. The apartment has a great view of the beach and sea. It was not made clear in the details for these premises that bedding and towels were not included, this needs to be made clear when advertising the property on Vbro, the letting agents had sent us an e-mail in French so the finer detail was lost in translation. On arrival we found the level of cleaning poor, the table cloth and tea towels were filthy, the toilet bowl was severely stained and smelt. The soft furnishings had stains and crumbs from previous occupant's. The floor had a toe nail cutting from previous occupants and whilst it had been wiped needed a deep clean. There was a dirty sponge on top of a used soap in the bath room, sand on the floor on shelves and in cupboards. More attention needs to be made to the cleaning between guests. We had been promised a deep clean once we complained on arrival but no one turned up. We have photographed all of these issues to be fair to the owner. The apartment is located in an excellent area with safe and secure car parking. If the cleaning as stated was to a high standard we would have no hesitation in retuning.

Bonjour Monsieur; Nous avons bien enregistré vos remarques, mais vous avez oublié de mentionner que nous vous avons offert le linge de maison, et que le linge de maison est optionnel ce qui est clairement précisé dans l'annonce et en outre, nous vous le faisons savoir une deuxième fois par mail! Un nouveau passage ne pouvait pas être effectué car notre équipe de nettoyage n'était pas disponible et nous en sommes désolés! Bien cordialement
