This newly renovated one bedroom one bathroom condo is located in Knoxville TN. Very close to the University of Tennessee and an extremely short drive to Market Square and the downtown area. Easy drive to the Smokey Mountains, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. We sanitize and clean every surface. Free parking.

Iona Way

We are just heading home after a three night stay. We had a great experience. Our oldest was attending a camp at U of T and we wanted to make it a long weekend for our family. We even brought our two dogs with as they are older and don’t do well in kennels. We had plenty of room to stretch out. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook and the breakfast area was perfect for meals. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The property manager is fantastic. She even met us late in the evening to let us in. The decor is exactly as it is pictured. We were 11 minutes away from the University. While my daughter was at camp the rest of us took a 20 minute drive to House Mountain to hike. Beautiful views and an awesome hike. The property is only about 15 minute from the zoo if that. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend the property.

Cute hideaway

My husband and I stayed for several weeks after relocating to the area waiting on our townhouse to become available. This place is a great location, clean, and the owner was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Great Condo

This property even nicer than pictures show. Everything is new and decor perfect. Most any amenity you need is provided. Bed was very comfy! I didnt realize on 2nd foor and you must go up steps but that was ok. Kathy is alsome host and easily reachable. Great stay.

A week in TN

We came here from Southern California for our twentieth wedding anniversary and to scout out the land as we hope to relocate to East TN. This condo was very well kept and clean. The decor was beautiful too. We enjoyed this little place. It was very central for our plans of driving north and south. If we stay in Knoxville again, we will certainly stay here.
