Townhouse is centrally located on highway TN 62. Here's just how convenient shopping, dining and fun is to my home. Go east and less than one mile on Oak Ridge Highway, TN 62, and there is a Walgreens and a brand new Ingle's super market. Close by is highway TN 162 which is a freeway to the west side of Knoxville, where your will find upscale shopping, restaurants and a Kroger or a Publix super market just off the freeway. And finally, if you drive North West to the town of Oak Ridge which is about 10+ minutes away, it too is overflowing with good restaurants and shopping. The only transportation/logistics drawback that we are aware of is that Oak Ridge highway, TN 62, is very busy during am and pm rush hours. But, with a little planning of your departures and arrivals you can schedule around any inconvenience.
Kitchen is fully furnished with dinnerware sets, pots and pans with all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare full meals at home. The appliances ware modern and work magnificently. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, everything you need to be home for the duration. Full size bathroom has a step in shower/tub combination. And then, there is the comfy king bedroom and the bunk bed bedroom with two Queen beds and two single beds.

We had 5 in our family group. Which fit all of us comfortably. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood made for a good nights rest after busy days. Would stay again when in Knoxville.
Great little space to relax. Had everything I needed. Clean and cozy. The King bed was very supportive and comfortable. I have back issues so this was a big plus.

A great value for a family
We ended up with four kids on our trip and the landlord was very accommodating for our last-minute adjustment. Significantly cheaper than a hotel and everyone had their own bed. You can't really go wrong with this scenario. The place was clean. It had everything we needed for our time in Knoxville.

Nice place. Only 2 small complaints: there was a bleach-y smell in the kitchen when we arrived that I found rather gross, and there was no laundry soap provided. Otherwise the house was fine. Nothing fancy but fine.
Steep stairs to entrance and especially to bedrooms Loved code for easy check in. Owner allowed us to check in a little earlier.
Nice size rooms. Lots of hooks for hanging clothes, towels. Really liked the openness of the living room and dining room. A plus to have coffee provided. Kitchen was well equipped.
No hair dryer, body wash/bar soap, dish cloth to clean dishes or ice.
House was very comfortable. The pictures don’t show all the improvements to the home and furniture and we were pleasantly surprised at all the differences. All the beds, the king bed and the bunk beds have super comfortable mattresses. The bunk beds have 10 inch adult mattresses. And the home was spotless. This is the third house that I have stayed at in this neighborhood. It is clear to me, that this location is very safe with kids outside playing and primary made up with hard working families. The covered back porch is where we sat and had morning coffee. Not certain when I'll be back to Knoxville, but I will be checking to see if this house is available again when I do.

The condo was great for what we needed. Needs some remodel, but the homeowners are working on that!
Overall it was what we needed. The homeowners were doing construction on the outside of the home, so we weren’t able to let the kids use the yard. The carpet in some rooms was in great need of updating, and the kitchen cabinets had a foul smell to them (like the home was shut up for sometime) the bunk beds were great being we are large family, and the home was nicely stocked so we didn’t need to worry about towels or dishes. Overall, the stay accomplished what we needed!

The townhouse is accurate in photo and description. The owner promptly answered our questions and concerns. It is a very quiet neighborhood for sleep at night
The cleaning people should dust better as I cleaned cobwebs off the blinds and windows. There's a musty smell on the first floor maybe from being closed up a while. The bath towels should be replaced with newer ones.
The beds proved to be comfortable however, and we slept well.

Perfect For Our Needs
We were house shopping with three girls (14,6 & 4) and a six-month pregnant wife and we wanted a "homebase " instead of hotels and this townhouse worked brilliantly. Perfect location, quiet working-class neighborhood within five minutes of highways, a few minutes from groceries, gas and dining. Clean, comfortable, bunk beds were great for kids, extremely affordable and the owner provided a stocked Keurig too, which was a nice surprise. The owner Sheila was pleasant and accommodating as well as easily accessible for any questions we had. My only suggestion, a new basic $50 pots and pan set certainly would be an asset, current stock was in desperate need of replacing. Would definitely stay again and recommend to visiting family.

The location was perfect. The duplex was clean and tidy. The ONLY thing that was an issue - and it was my fault for not checking on this prior - is there's only one bathroom. This made it a bit difficult to get ready and out the door in a reasonable time. Again, this is MY FAULT for not checking. Regardless. I would have still booked the property.

When I pulled up to the property i couldn't find the code to get in. It was hidden in the welcome message. The owner answered and instead of just telling me the code she made me search thru the message to find it.
As we were going up the steps we noticed they were cracked and crumbled. My aunt who traveled with me had a hard time getting up and down them for fear of falling on the steps.
The freezer had mold in it. I had to clean it in order to use it. We checked the washer and it was filthy. I reached out to Sheila about it and she never responded. We went to Walmart to buy bleach and cleaning supplies to clean up. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen was clean outside of the freezer.
Some of the furniture was not the same as in the photos.
There were bugs as well as a smell. No matter how much my aunt sprayed there was a smell.
I was disappointed with my stay. It wasn't as it seemed on the pictures at all.
