Beautiful spacious home

The house is spacious and clean, with a nice outdoor space. It is in a nice area, but on a busy street with some traffic noise. We found the beds were not comfortable to us, particularly in the master bedroom. The mattress was so soft that it sank in the middle. The downside for us was it was advertised as a 3 bedroom and it is only 2, and the host was not willing to renegotiate on the price. We were told we could get a refund, but it was too late to try to find someplace else at the last minute.

Davina complained from the moment she arrived until the minute she left. The bed complaint is laughable in that nobody has ever made such a complaint. My thought is that she probably tends to roll towards the center for one reason or the other at night. My place has always been advertised as a two bedroom two bath home. I never promised a refund. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with VRBO. They did not tell me I did anything wrong.
