OCEAN FRONT APARTMENT with Spectacular Sunrise and Sunsets

A totally renovated apartment just a few meters from the beach; have your morning breakfast enjoying amazing views from the large enclosed all-glass terrace.

The apartment had been decorated by top interior designers, a large and bright loft alike master bedroom with ocean views, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a full bed, large kitchen with additional room for beach gear and laundry room. Huge dining living area with a mesmerizing view of the sea. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room for additional guests. Enjoy mesmerizing sunrise and sunsets views from the all-glass terrace
All rooms are very bright, the apartment faces North, you get sun in the early mornings and late afternoons, the apartment has an open floor plan, with no neighbors on the sides, is very quiet.

Top Lage, als Ausgleich für viele Mängel.
Es war eine schöne Zeit. Der Vermieter war freundlich und wollte auch nachbessern. Aber es müssen alle Sanitären Einrichtungen ersetzt werden das geht nicht so schnell. Geputzt hatten wir da schon selbst. Unterm Strich ist die Wohnung so ihr Geld nicht wert.

Design, comfort, convenience... indulge yourself in a luxury hotel suite with the convenience of being in your own apartment. The apartment is AMAZING!!!! yes, is been on my family for over 50 years, we did a total renovation a year ago, updating the electrical and transforming the apartment to an open floor suite with an additional bedroom. Each time I go I'm amazed of how beautiful and comfortable is the apartment; you wake up from the loft alike master bedroom and see the sunrise from your bed and feel the ocean breeze, see the sea and hear the waves breaking up on the beach... there is no price for this, AND the decoration of the apartment is incredible, honestly, Im amazes each time I'm there, I can't describe it.

The convenience of step out of the apartment, walk few meters, and been on the beach. Spectacular views from the large terraze
