Wonderful Holiday.

The apartment is very comfortable, with an amazing balcony with perfect front line views over the Mediterranean.We felt like we had our own private beach below. Guillermo greeted us at the apartment & was very helpful.The apartment is a perfect size & we would highly recommend staying there. We had a wonderful holiday due to the apartment being so lovely.

das wahr das beste wohnung und sehr sauber

Wahr sehr sauber und ich wahr sehr zufriden mit die Frau wo uns das wohnung übergeben. Die ausicht wahr und ist sehr schön direkt an meer. Da gehe ich noch mal wen ich ins Urlaub gehe.

Absolument superbe vue sur le balcon tout à proximité petits restos au bas de l'immeuble directs sur les petites plages bus à proximité carrefour et Auchan petits magasin pour dépanner petits bistrots pour le café nous avons été accueillis à minuit avec une très grande gentillesse gardien de l'immeuble super sympathique et Marina propriétaire adorable qui parle français quelques difficultés à se faire comprendre mais avec une bonne base d'anglais ça roule 1er petit bistrot en remontant sur alicante propriétaire française de chez nous NORD en bref A REFAIRE Merci marina nous avons passé d'inoubliables vacances

"La nota media es resultado de combinar una excelente ubicación del apartamento con una vista del mar extraordinaria, pero con un anticuado sistema eléctrico/iluminación (baño), y unos servicios en el baño -taza, bidé y bañera- que habría que cambiar. El acceso es fácil siempre que no haya equipaje o compra que llevar: la distancia del posible lugar de aparcamiento obliga a un incomodísimo acarreo y, unido a ésto, se repiten mucho las averías de los ascensores."

"Tout d''abord nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. L''appartement est grand et fonctionnel, une grande terrasse et une vue digne des cartes postales. Les couchages sont confortables et les principaux commerces à proximité. La mer est au pied de l''immeuble, avec une eau chaude et transparente. Le coin est calme et l''immeuble très bien entretenue. "De ingang van het appartement is een ongezellige drukke straat maar wél met een bus- en tramhalte bijna voor de deur. Hier heb je totaal geen last van want de flat is gelegen aan de achterkant, de zeekant. Prachtig uitzicht op zee en de baai. Ruim balkon met beneden géén verkeer, alleen een wandelpad met wat palmbomen. Ruime nette woning."

"Nous avons passé 3 semai...

"Nous avons passé 3 semaines de vacances au mois d'août et nous avons trouvé l'endroit très calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé, la vue est extraordinaire avec pour vis-à-vis la mer,en bas de l'immeuble il y a une crique où l'on peut se baigner, la plage située au bout de la rue est plutôt familiale et très bien,à 7kms il y a la plage de San Juan qui est immense et plus touristique. Le tram et les bus sont à côté, les grandes surfaces Carrefour et Auchan (AL CAMPO en Espagne) sont à 5mn en voiture, le centre ville d'Alicante est super avec un marché le jeudi et le samedi qui est extraordinaire par son organisation, il y a du monde mais il est tellement bien agencé que l'on circule sans difficulté. Les propriétaires que nous avons rencontré sont très sympathiques ainsi que la personne qui accueille à l'arrivée. Bref une superbe location avec une vue inoubliable !"

"Las características ofertadas responden fielmente y con calidad a la realidad encontrada en el apartamento. El trato tanto con la propietaria como con su colaboradora es excelente, y siempre muestran una dedicación y preocupación por el bienestar del inquilino encomiables.
