Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 5th floor with elevator.
The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette and fondue machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🅿️ Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks Bonlieu which offers packages.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.

Location idéalement située tout près du lac, du centre historique, des rues commerçantes, de la gare, des moyens de transport.
Convient pour un couple.

Très bel appartement
L'appartement est confortable et très bien situé. Il a tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. A proximité des commerces, en face d'une très bonne boulangerie et tout près du lac et de la gare d'Annecy.

A fuir. Les oreillers sont jaunes, les matelas tachés, sous les lits on trouve des casseroles, cartons et autres, des mégots au sol, des culottes dans une sorte de placard. Aucun rangement pour les vêtements....une nuit de plus était impossible. Un vrai taudis.

Bonjour Catherine,
Votre commentaire est assez surprenant. Nous avons une équipe professionnelle pour l'entretien des logements. Il arrive rarement que les logements ne soient pas prêt à l'entrée des voyageurs et nous le reconnaissons assez facilement et envoyons quelqu'un immédiatement. Il n'y a pas de casserole sous le lit, mais un coffre qui contient les cartons d'origines de certains équipements. Il y a un placard aménagé dans la chambre pour les vêtements.
