Check in was a breeze. The place was perfect. Kitchen stocked with everything that a small family will need. Beach access was close and easy to navigate. The pool was great. Two places to rinse the sand off before you get back to the condo. We will definitely be back!

I was disappointed in the way the property was advertised!!! To look at the picture I thought I would have a beach front view !! But that’s not how the host later said it was wrong!

Fun beach weekend

We had such a great time. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for an affordable getaway that is on the beach! This small well equipped condo easily slept our group of 4 and the air conditioner worked great! The location is convenient to everything. Hope to be back soon!

Great short stay

It was a perfect place for our quick family beach trip. There is a nice balcony with a little water in the background but it doesn’t face the water. Super close access to the beach by sidewalk and boardwalk. The unit was clean and comfortable!

Summertime holiday

Dated building but the location was ideal. We would have preferred being in the main building on the beach. Listing was a bit exaggerated as to the location on the property

Good experience

For the most part it was a great stay.I wish we would have have had a more ocean view and we did not have enough bedding for the pull outs.

Great Stay

Great stay just like the previous stay the year before. Will most definitely stay again. Unsure if this is normal because I know condos aren’t very stocked with stuff like this but there was only one roll of toilet paper and we stayed 2 nights so we had to get more. Other than that great stay like always!

Simple Beach Vaca

We really enjoyed our stay here. Super close to the beach. Great views. We loved playing pickle ball at the tennis courts. Conveniently located by stores and restaurants. The pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable though. It was comfortable room for a few people to stay in. And very affordable. We would stay again at this location.

Wonderful weekend!

This place is great! We enjoyed a quick winter getaway. The condo is nicely decorated. We enjoyed the ocean views from the patio, the indoor heated pool, and sauna. It is located close to shopping and great restaurants. Even though we didn’t cook while there, the kitchen appeared to be furnished with virtually every dish and appliance needed. The beach was also a short walk away. We can’t wait to return during the summer!

First time in Orange Beach

Property was clean when we arrived, except for the sliding glass doors and deck. Great location, very quiet, and easy access to beach and amenities. We appreciated the parking pass. Property pictured was not Seaside Beach and Racquet Club.

Condo is on gulf side and provides convenient access to beach. We walked chairs and umbrella to the beach daily. Convenient parking. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare basic meals. Blackout curtains in bedroom help mitigate early morning sunrises. Balcony provides pleasant place to eat and drink. Cold A/C and HOT water! Walmart and Publix are just a couple minutes away. Overall great value.

Dune delight

Upon arrival, room looked clean, but as we got the beds ready for sleeping, the mattresses and blankets looked soiled. Living room futon is very uncomfortable, and seems almost broke.

Property management awful

The condo was ok the owner nice and helpful but the property was very dirty and red ants on the patios and all over pool decks, mounds of ant colony’s in grass and around patios. 10pm pool closing was a bit extreme for summer, pools were cloudy and dirty. We would never stay or recommend this property again to anyone.

My significant other’s first beach trip EVER

This condo was the perfect size for the two of us! I love the location. Close to the store for groceries. The entire complex was so peaceful even though it was totally packed. Washer and dryer in the condo meant bringing home clean clothes! The only thing I might have liked was a broom. There was a dustpan but I couldn’t find a broom to sweep sand up. There is a small vacuum and I used it. We LOVED that the property has multiple wash off areas coming back from the beach. Never having to wait behind others to spray off our feet and chairs. It was just a great week and the condo was great for us.
