Canal view

Loved the area and overall condo development; walking to the jetty was so awesome. We saw manatees, dolphins (jumping straight out of the water while they frolicked), birds, fish and even a shark. The pool area and beach access cannot be beat. It would be great if people drove the 15mph speed limit because this unit’s proximity to the road meant car noise was a factor. Slow speeds make for low noise volume. The master bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the light and view are wonderful in the living area. The owner was very responsive & accommodating to our requests.

Awesome view! Great location!

We hated to leave! The unit was spacious and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It’s in a great location…close to the south jetty and walking distance to downtown Venice. Beautiful complex, great pool and right on the beach. The owners were good communicators and made check in very easy. We look forward to going back next year!

Great property!

Owner had great communication and made sure I had everything I would need for my stay. Property has a great south jetty location with a nice pool beside the ocean.
