What makes this property unique
Even in winter the living room is bright and the views of the sun on the lake can make it feel like summer. The deck is elevated above the lake and sheltered by the house so it feels like your own private summer hideaway where you can feel the sun and watch the water. Descending to the waterfront there is a clean place to sit and a huge dock to load your boat and take a cruise on the lake with friends and family. The house is far from the neighbors and with the outward curve of the coast and wide open waterfront it all works to make it feel like a private oasis. It's called Loon Point because you can watch the loons swim and fish as they pass around the bend in the lake.
