Questionable property access

Wonderful unit in a great location. However host is disorganized as she failed to leave the keys in lockboxes. We had to rely on a neighbour (stranger in France!!!) to keep our luggage until the issue was remedied. He tried to call her and couldn’t reach her so we cancelled our plans with friends. Simply unacceptable!
