Amazing location and fantastic host. The house was wonderful and spacious for our family of 4. We loved the nearby beaches which were a walk or quick bike ride away. The outdoor pool area was terrific. We will be back again soon.

Amazing Stay

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it! The house was very comfortable and so convenient for getting to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and we had everything we needed for the beach (chairs, coolers etc). We will definitely stay again.

This home is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Maria the property manager was incredibly attentive, kind, responsive and sweet! We wish we could have booked for next year but some lucky family is staying for 4 months. They are so lucky!

Great location, feels like a new home

Easy bike/walk to several of our favorite places to eat, central island location, all new furnishings, large pool, open concept extends from front door right out to the pool, wide opening patio doors, very nice 65" 4K TV, solid Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, loved the coffee station, super clean in and out, can't wait to come back.

Lovely family vacation on Marco Island

We had a great holiday on Marco Island and the house provided a perfect base for us to explore the island, Naples and the Everglades… that is when we could get the kids out of the pool!! A great home

Just rented this home for a month and I was very happy with it. Open concept, light and breezy, just lovely. Kitchen is well equipped, there are plenty of linens, and there is everything you’d need for trips to the beach. The pool was lovely, clean, and warm Rigoberto was very responsive.

Perfect house, Perfect location!

This listing was perfect. From the moment we walked in the door - we were comfortable, everything was very clean, plenty of towels for the pool and showers, everything you could possibly need for the kitchen...everything was perfect. My family enjoyed the pool every day/evening. It is heated and very comfortable temp. We were able to walk to the beach a few times. The walk is about 20min one way, but very easy walk with only having to cross a street once, but there is a crosswalk. Very easy to manage with a family. If we were not in the pool, you could find my family playing one of the many entertaining games on property...mostly ping pong! We were also able to walk to joeys restaurant and sammies...both delicious! This was the perfect week and the perfect house for me and my family!

We very much enjoyed staying at the Pelicanville house! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our 3 week beach vacation. The home was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The pool and back deck were very private and nicely landscaped, and the beach was a short walk. The house had all the beach gear and a great beach cart that made the walk easy. We would definitely stay again.

One month of fun & relaxation.

This house was so comfortable. Many amenities made it fun for the whole family. We used the pool everyday. Walked to restaurants, biked to the public beach, enjoyed nearby golf courses. Rigoberto was very responsive to all needs. We highly recommend this house.

Pelicanville Paradise!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Marco Island and thoroughly enjoyed this property! We’ve rented many houses in Marco, and this one was definitely one of our favorites! The house is perfect for families and allows a lot of privacy because of the way the bedrooms are situated. The pool and screened in lanai are huge - so we spent 99% of our time out there while at the house! The house also has a small backyard area which was perfect for playing bean bags or other fun games! The owner was very responsive and helpful, and we look forward to staying here again in the future! P.S. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach, Sami’s, Joey’s, and Doreen’s!

Everything you need in a great location

We stayed here for a couple months this spring and really enjoyed having a bit of everything at the house. The owner was very responsive and the cleaners were amazing. We paid for them a few more time during our stay. Thank you for everything Rigoberto!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a great location...close to the beaches and restaurants. The sun would rise in the front of the house and set in the back so that the pool had sun all afternoon. Everything you would need to cook was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better set up for our trip. Went with a few friends and we found ourselves just hanging in the house most of the time b/c how great it was.
