Located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park, this house, with its contemporary and warm atmosphere, is ideal for stays with family or friends in the great outdoors! It is composed on the ground floor: -a very large living room with open kitchen and lounge area with a wood stove On the lower floor: -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with a 160 bed -a bedroom with two 90cm beds -a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 120 bed and a spa bath -two bathrooms -two independent toilets Outside, you will enjoy a large terrace of approximately 60 m² with garden furniture, relaxation room and barbecue, a pretty interior courtyard. Mont Dore ski resort 15 km away, Bourboule spa resort 9.6 km away. Near the Banne d'Ordanche. Very warm house
