In a small, quiet place you will be delighted to stay at the Augerolles gîte. As soon as you arrive, enjoy the magnificent view of the Sancy mountains. This vast independent house has a large garden of 2,400 m² which will delight young and old. Ideally located, in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, you will have access to numerous leisure activities: La Tour d'Auvergne lake, Tauves village, Bourboule spa resort, Mont-Dore ski resort, climbing on the cliffs of St Sauves (5c to 8b+), numerous fishing sites... The cottage is composed as follows: On the ground floor : -a large dining room -an open kitchen with wood stove -a living room -a bedroom with a 160 bed (or 2 x80) -a bathroom -a toilet On the 1st floor: -a large mezzanine of 40m² -a bedroom with a 160 bed (or 2 x80) -a bedroom with two 90 cm beds -a bedroom with two 90 cm beds -a bathroom -a toilet Terrace outside quiet hamlet with view of the Sancy
