The large area of Moulin Pré will delight you with its enchanting peaceful environment by the river (secure). The owner, in love with nature and plants, will make you discover his magnificent flowered and wooded park. Nearby: Museum of Tanneries de Maringues, Château d'Effiat, churches of Thuret and Ennezat. Royal domain of Randan, ceramic museum of LEZOUX. Riom, Land of Art and History. House in the park shared with the owners and another gîte (secure access by electric gate: deposit for the remote control 100 €). Large living room on one level with wood stove (wood / 1/4 cubic meter: 25 €): open kitchen, dining room, living room. Two bedrooms each with 1 double bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has private access to the rear terrace and the enclosed grounds with a view of the stream. Independent WC. Second enclosed terrace on the front of the house with relaxation lounge. Heating is included in the rental price. Shops and services at Maringues 800 m.
