About this property

L'OLIVERAIE Relaxation and nature in the heart of volcanoes

Our property is located at the exit of the village. We have arranged independent accommodation to receive you.
It consists of a living room with a convertible sofa, a fitted kitchen area, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a desk (folding bed, changing table, booster seat available), a family room with a 140 cm bed. and a 90 cm bed with a supplement, a bathroom with Italian shower, bathtub and double sink and a toilet.

Exterior:
You also have a terrace with barbecue, access to our swimming pool and a private parking space.
You can enjoy on sunny days our swimming pool, barbecue and garden loungers.
In front of our accommodation, we have a tennis, football, basketball and pétanque court and a play area for the little ones.

Town:
Chauriat is an old fortified wine-growing village. We have a pond reserved for fishing and very nice parks and green spaces.
The area is very quiet, enhanced by the sounds of nature.
In the village we have a bakery, a pizzeria bar, a gourmet restaurant, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, a doctor and nurses.
We have a fresh market every Wednesday and every Monday, in Billom (8 minutes) a large typical market.
The nearest shopping center is 8 minutes away.

Eve et Joachim nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 jeunes ados et avions le confort nécessaire. La proximité avec leur domicile est un plus car ils nous ont très bien conseillé sur les activités et ils sont très discrets.Un grand merci pour leur accueil chaleureux et le partage avec nos 3 ados.A louer sans hésiter !

Erholsam und ruhig

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Empfang hat reibungslos geklappt, wir wurden herzlich mit einem kühlen Getränk, Geback und frischen Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern empfangen. Das Appartement ist groß, zwei Schlafzimmer, davon eins auf der ersten Etage aber zur Wohnung gehörend. Eva stand für alle Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Die zwei Hunde haben auf das Haus gut aufgepasst,sodass man sich sehr sicher fühlte. Der Pool ist groß genug und durfte frei und eigenmächtig genutzt werden. Es steht eine Kochplatte zur Verfügung. Grundzutaten, wie Öl/Essig Salz/Pfeffer Tee/Kaffeefilter, Alufolie waren vor Ort.Der Ort selber bietet kaum was an Infrastruktur. Clermont-Ferrand ist 30- 45min entferntWir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank

Séjour idéal

Nous y avons passé 6 nuits et tout était parfait. Propreté du logement impeccable. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Gentillesse de nos hôtes, avec pleins de conseils (petit coup de coeur pour la chienne de la maison) Véritable espace privé avec barbecue qui nous a permis de passer de belles soirées. La piscine est très agréable également. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un bébé (lit, table a langer, chaise haute) Bref un séjour idéal pour notre petite famille

Les lieux sont propres et agréables, la piece à vivre reste sombre et très petite surtout si elle est prévue pour accueillir 6 personnes... et la dépendance n’est pas vraiment adaptée pour des tous petits.... Je passerais sous silence les travaux que nous avons subis pendant tout notre séjour et la journée porte ouverte de l’atelier de poterie. Bref n’espérez pas recevoir du monde car c’est interdit 🚫

Je suis désolée pour la gêne occasionnée par les travaux de notre voisin. Il est vrais que ce fut bruyant. Heureusement c'est fini. Mardi j'ai pris soin de vous prévenir que l'espace piscine serait visité durant 20 minutes par mes stagiaires pour leur présenter les sculptures qui s'y trouvent. Si cela vous dérangez, pourquoi ne pas en avoir parlé? Dans notre descriptif il est noté que l'espace piscine n'est pas à votre usage exclusif et qu'en effet les réceptions et les soirées ne sont pas autorisés sur notre résidence. Par contre il est possible de recevoir une ou deux personnes en journée à condition de nous en informer. Le dialogue est d'Or.... Je vous souhaite une belle fin d'été.

Propriétaires charmants, maison et piscine très propres, bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, et un plus avec le chien, très bien élevé, et très joueur, vrai mascotte de la maison. Très beau jardin dans un environnement très calme. Merci encore !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, logement bien situé pour visiter le puy dôme & vulcania.. superbe piscine, pour se reposer l apres midi et aucun risque avec un bébé elle est bien sécurisée, et ne pas oublier une très bonne literie.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins umland

Eve hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt. Leider war mein französisch und ihr englisch zu schlecht, so dass wir uns manchmal nur mit Gestiken und Google Translator unterhalten konnten. Das Haus liegt gut erreichbar gleich am Anfang des Ortes. Pool würde von uns einmal benutzt und war auch angenehm von den Temperaturen. Die Wohnung war sehr klein, aber das wussten wir ja. Leider war es aber so dass das Haus vom Vermieter mitbenutzt würde und ein Flur für alle Zimmer abging. Das zweite Schlafzimmer lag über eine steile Treppe erreichbar in der ersten Etage (neben den Zimmern der Vermieter und nicht in Reichweite unseres Schlafzimmers). Das war für uns aus der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich, so dass wir unsere Kinder dann doch in unserem SZ schlafen lassen haben und wir auf der Schlafcouch genächtigt haben. Bei einem zusätzlichen Kostenaufschlag von 20€ pro Kind und Nacht, muss ich dann doch sagen, dass die Unterkunft leider etwas teuer war. Für Paare oder Alleinreisende ist es meiner Meinung nach eine gute Unterkunft, für Familien würde ich sie nur bedingt empfehlen,
