Old mill restored cottage for 4 people: "The Bridge Chaumat" in a place quiet and natural, near the Creek Arzon, lodging next to the second home owners. Ground floor : kitchen, dining room, living room with pellet stove (without charge), WC, former mechanism of the mill preserved and enhanced. 1st floor : 2 rooms (2 beds 90, 1 bed 160), bathroom, separate toilet. Adjoining land is not closed. Garage. Terrace. Heating fuel included.
