My kids and I stayed here for the weekend. It was easy check in and the place was clean and perfect for us! Easy access to the Spire Institute and lots of food options within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!
The apartment was spotless and very cute. Dan and his wife, the property manager, was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
Cottage was very clean, kitchen looked brand new. Perfect location across from the lodge as we did a wine tour with them and ate often at Horizons. The only complaint I have, was hearing the people walking around on the unit above however our cottage is the only one with a unit above.

Management was excellent about communicating about surrounding attractions and what was available/expected with the property. Quick response to not being able to connect to internet - immediate help. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, small appliances, and spices. There was good parking and it was easily accessible.
This property is a short walk/drive from a nice park on the lake to the east and a marina with a large grassy area (where we watched the eclipse) and a state park to to the west. This is a quiet area and we felt very safe and relaxed here.
The only downside is that this (Chloe's Cove) is a two-story unit, and on the first day, the people above us seemed to be rearranging the furniture on the hardwood floors and running around, causing a fair amount of noise. They were quiet in the evening and at night. This wasn't a problem with the establishment, but in the future, I would try to get one of the single-story units (this is the only two-story unit, I believe). Overall, it was a very fun and enjoyable stay.
The property was really cute. The cottage was super clean super cute everything you could possibly need was furnished as far as cooking utensils and pots and pans, glasses….. Dan was very cordial to us upon arriving because we did get there early. He was very nice, making sure we had what we needed. The only thing that I would give the stay was number one the outside areas. On either side of our entry door, there were two cut out holes in the decking. They appear to have some gravel in them. I’m not sure, but there was a lot of debris and I felt like it was a little hazardous for people coming in and out the cottage. The aesthetics of it was not appealing at all. We wanted to use the gas grill one of our nights there, but it was not usable in my opinion, it needed cleaning desperately. The outside area was nice. Like I said it just needed a little attention too detailing. The only other thing that was bit of annoyance was the cottage that we stayed in. Had a suite above us, and the noise from just people walking normal things was very loud. But I still give it five stars. We had a wonderful time. It was the cutest place ever And Dan was very very helpful.. I would stay again without any hesitation.
We had a group of 5 of us for a little getaway. Perfect size place for our group and we had everything we needed. We never really left other than to walk around near the Lodge and eat at Horizons. Place was very clean. All the necessary amenities included. We would return!
Met up with a couple friends and stayed 2 nights to enjoy some down time. Even though it was rainy it was nice to visit wineries and GOTL off season businesses. Cozy cabin, plent of room for the 3 of us to relax, enjoy food in and avoid the rain!
Wish it would of been nicer outside so we could enjoy the outside amenities!
