Como parte de nuestro compromiso con la calidad y el bienestar de nuestros huéspedes, cuando ocurren situaciones imprevistas en los departamentos, como fue el caso de la fuga de agua, nuestra obligación es ofrecerles una alternativa de alojamiento similar o de mayor valor, como se hizo en esta ocasión. Le proporcionamos dos departamentos en el condominio Aldea Thai, que cuentan con acceso por elevador, lo cual garantiza comodidad para todos los miembros de su reserva. Cabe mencionar que, en el momento en que se informó sobre la situación, también se ofreció la opción de reembolso completo.
