Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With view of El Yunque National Forest, welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath home that sleeps 6. Kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze.

You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and have hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room, Netflix, Hulu, TV, and WIFI all included.

Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer Free Parking and Golf Cart (not a mode of transportation and at time it goes under maintenance) available to use and take to the beach.

Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House.

There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day.

Enjoy: Grand Reserve Golf Club, two world-class Tom Kite designed 18-hole championship golf courses, home of the PGA "Puerto Rico Open ".

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take pictures of they keys before you leave and send to me via VRBO or text.
Make sure the golf cart keys, walking key are hanging in the kitchen with the spare keys.
Turn off all air units.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. NO music or loud noises allowed during quiet hours. These are rules by the HOA and strictly enforced by the Guard.
- No minors under 18 years are allowed to drive the Golf Cart. Lost Golf Cart Key or Gate Clicker there will be a $100 fee.
- 6 guests max. Extra guests will be charge an extra +$50.00 fee daily per guest.

Great Place! Very clean with extremely responsive host. The villa provides everything you may need for your vacation stay. We loved having coffee on the balcony and in the lush tropical backyard. It is very close to El Yunque and a short trip to Luquillo Beach with all its Kiosks.

Princess’s property was amazing for our group of 5 people. We enjoyed the area close to el Yunque, and Luquillo beach. The gated community gave us an extra sense of security and the golf course had amazing views! Felt straight out of a movie!! Her property was clean, just as described and she truly has everything you will need for your stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The only thing I would say is the beach access could’ve been better. But we still enjoyed it! Just couldn’t get in the water due to the amount of rocks. We were the only ones there when we went so it felt nice to have some privacy from the other crowded beaches.

Beautiful island getaway

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was extremely cozy and fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, as well as a fully stocked kitchen to cook a good meal. We loved the golf cart to get around the premises. It was a secure community. Princess was very responsive and communicative. Would definitely come and stay at this property again.

Great time

My family and I really enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico. This property was a great set up for us. It was well equipped and offered us space to spread out. The proximity to the Hyatt resort was a bonus. We also enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach. We were here over New Years and were warmly welcomed by the neighbors who are a lovely and close community. Also, Princess is very attentive with her communication.

What a great spot and deal

We had 4 of us adults for a girls weekend. The three bedrooms and space were just great. We had a blast with the golf cart and driving to the beach and had a LOVELY meal at the Hyatt.

Great home to really enjoy a vacation in a safe neighborhood. We loved having the full kitchen and making breakfast every morning after enjoying coffee on the balcony looking at El Younque rainforest. Overall was a great choice and would recommend staying here to anybody. Felt it was a better option than the resort down the road!

Fantastic PR relaxing and exploring home away from home

Wonderful place. Appointed thoroughly and with style. Great location. Every detail well-thought out for guest experience. Will definitely stay again when we reutrn to PR. Comfortable, everything you need to explore PR from a "home" feel. Just do grocery shopping, everything else is there. Great also for just relaxing and taking advantage of everything in the resort compound. Thank you for the wonderful, easy experience.

Amazing PR getaway

We stayed here to attend a wedding at the Hyatt. It was very convenient and had so many amenities. The golf cart was an unexpected bonus. She even had a bunch of beach stuff like chairs to borrow. The space was immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A Peaceful Retreat

The house and property were exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The property has a wonderful variety of native plants and small trees and the house is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, a really cute and peaceful place to relax and unwind, and all within the vicinity of so many natural wonders.

Great stay at coco crush

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and organized. Lots of extra goodies everywhere (snacks, snorkeling stuff, coolers, etc..). Our only issue was the weather which has nothing to do with the property. It was extremely hot and we had a few blackouts. That happens in every home in puerto rico. The owner is extremely responsive to any inquiry. Will definitely come back next time I'm in puerto rico.
